This study aimed to measure the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance of the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection during covid-19 pandemic was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 143 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that work-family conflict have negative and significant effect on the employee performance, but work-family conflict have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship work-family conflict and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the part-time employee of a packaging industry in Tangerang through enhancing work-family conflict management practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer e-satisfaction, the effect of e-trust on customer e-satisfaction, the effect of e-service quality on customer e-loyalty, the effect of e-trust on customer e-loyalty and finally, the effect of e-satisfaction on online shop customer e-loyalty. The type of research used in this research is correlational research with a quantitative approach and testing the research hypothesis was carried out by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample or respondent used in this study is 432 consumers of online shops in Banten, Indonesia. The results show that E-Service Quality had positive but not significant effect on E-Satisfaction, E-Trust had a positive but not significant effect to E-Satisfaction, E-Service Quality had a positive but not significant effect towards E-Loyalty, E-Trust had a negative but not significant effect to E-Satisfaction and finally E-Satisfaction had a positive but not significant effect on E-Loyalty.
The purpose of this research was to measure the effect of hard skills and soft skills towards teachers’ innovation capability which was mediated by an organizational learning and to measure the effect of teachers’ innovation capability towards their performance. Data collection was done by simple random sampling to 251 population of the teachers in five private senior high schools di Tangerang. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 211 samples. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 117 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. This research aims to measure the effect of authentic leadership style and psychological capital on the innovative work behavior of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Psychological capital also plays a role as a mediation between the relationship between authentic leadership and innovative work behavior. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling to the 303 population. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 231 samples. Data processing was using the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research are authentic leadership style and psychological capital have a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Psychological capital as a mediator for the relationship between authentic leadership style and innovative work behavior. This novel research is proposing a model to enhance innovative work behavior among employees of a manufacturing company in Indonesia through authentic leadership practice and psychological capital. This research can pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing global business competition.
