One of schizophrenia symptoms is tantrum; to hurt people and environment, it is done to express resentment or anger which is not constructive. Anger is an aggravation which emerges as a response to anxiety or unfulfilled need and perceived as a threat. This research aims to analyze the relation between REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and the ability to control anger to schizophrenics in UPT Bina Laras Kras Kediri. Research design uses observational analytic with crossectional approach. The population is all schizophrenics in UPT Bina Laras Kras Kediri, the sampling technique used is purposive sampling by getting 13 respondents, the data collection used are REBT questionnaire and observation sheet of the ability to control anger. Data analysis uses ordinal regression with p value 0,001 < ɑ 0,05 means there is REBT application and the ability to control anger to schizophrenia patients in UPT Bina Laras Kras Kediri. The research results from 13 respondents are 9 respondents can apply REBT, and 9 respondents can control their anger. The ability to manage good emotion in dealing with other people, to recognize their and others' feeling, and to motivate themselves can be formed by applying rational emotive behaviour theraphy sustainably.
Background: The implementation of the Covid-19 disease prevention health protocol is still a problem in some areas. Many police officers found violations of the Covid-19 prevention health protocol. There are indications that the behavior of the Indonesian people is not ready to face the covid-19 outbreak, which is characterized by four types of behavior, one of which shows non-compliance.Purpose: This study aimed to examine what are the most dominant determinants of knowledge, anxiety, age, gender, and personality type in influencing compliance in implementing the COVID-19 health protocol.Methods: The population in this study is the entire community in the city of Kediri. By using accidental sampling method with a cross-sectional approach. And the sample obtained as many as 114 respondents.Results: The results of the research that have been carried out and analyzed show that the variables of knowledge, personality and anxiety affect health protocol compliance by 57.4% and the rest are influenced by other variables that have not been studied, and the most influencing variable in the study is the knowledge variable in the partial test.Conclusion: Compliance and awareness in the implementation of the covid 19 protocol, there is a need for cooperation from the government to the community so that the spread of covid 19 in Indonesia can be prevented
Chronic kidney disease is a decrease in the function of kidney which is caused by a process of irreversible damage, thus requiring hemodialysis therapy as a replacement therapy for the function of kidney. Hemodialysis patients often experience psychosocial problem. It is an anxiety. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of Murottal Al-Qur'an therapy by surah Ar-Rahman toward anxiety of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) which is being hemodialysis. The research was conducted at Gambiran Hospital Kediri. The research used Quasi Experimental with a control group pretest-posttest design approach with samples using simple random sampling of 58 respondents. Paired sample t-test was used to analyze the data by a value of α = 0.05. Statistical test results obtained a decrease in the treatment group of anxiety 9.01 with a significance value of anxiety 0,000, while the decrease in the control group of anxiety 22.41 with a significance value of anxiety 0,000. Murottal Al-Qur'an is a good distraction as a diversion, because it can cause the release of endorphins naturally and balance brainwave so that the listeners are able to get a positive response in the form of comfort that can help reducing an anxiety in the event of chronic kidney disease which faces hemodialysis.
The study design was cross-sectional descriptive correlative approach. Data collection tool is a questionnaire guide. Sample of 35 respondents using accidental sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the family support and the dependent variable quality of life of patients with post-stroke. The results showed 16 respondents, or 45.8% of respondents received sufficient family support. Respondents who have a sufficient quality of life amounted to 15 respondents or 42.7%. By Spearman Rho obtained significance value (p value = 0.00) <(α = 0.05), which proved to be no family support relationships with the quality of life of the elderly after a stroke. Post-stroke patients have problems of physical health, psychological, level of dependence, social relationships, environment and personal beliefs. Therefore, they need emotional support, awards, instrumental and information, especially of the family as the people closest to them thus improving patient quality of life after stroke
