Purpose of study: Inheritance wealth is one of the instruments of wealth distribution in Islam that potentially capable to be a solution for economic inequality that triggered the multidimensional problems nations daily life. The concept of inheritance wealth distribution for Muslims has been summarized in Indonesian Islamic Law Compilation and in Marriage Act No. 1 year 1974. For non-Muslim society, the inheritance law is based on the concept of nations Civil Code and customary rules. The diversity in the concept of inheritance wealth distribution in Indonesia cannot be separated from the nature of the family and its influence on the assets, which is believed by the community. Methodology: This study used participation action research method as a qualitative approach in order to frame, analyze and solutions in form of strategic role model for the Government in completing and streamlining the inheritance wealth distribution in Indonesia. Result: The solutions will be based on problems faced by the Religious Courts and Islamic organizations in conducting inheritance wealth distribution. Moreover, propose inheritance wealth as public fund in addition to zakat, infaq, shodaqoh and endowments. Implications/Applications: The implementation and dispute settlement in inheritance wealth distribution are exercised by Religious Courts, as well as the Islamic organization such as Muhammadiyah and Nahdatul Ulama (NU). Diversity of institutions becomes an interesting phenomenon in Indonesia inheritance wealth distribution. This potentially makes inheritance wealth distribution done well and can prevent conflicts of individuals in the family, hoarding treasure and minimize economic disparities in society.
As an agricultural country, the agricultural sector has a vital role in the development of the national economy. But it does not mean the agricultural sector work without an obstacle. In fact the sector is often faced with various problems, especially in the weakness of capital. The capital needs will increase along with various choices of commodities and cropping patterns, the development of cultivation technology, post- harvest handling and processing of increasingly rapid results. In the era of agricultural technology, intensive of capital mobilization for both agricultural equipment and production facilities. Farmers can not afford to finance their farms with their own funds so that the farmers decide to finance the majority of which come from conventional lending institutions or even loan sharks and “moneylenders” based on the interest system which contains the element of riba. This is what causes financing by using islamic financial institutions are still minimal. Over this condition, making an opportunity as well as a challenge for islamic financial institutions to be present in the community, especially farmers in the agricultural sector, in order to minimize the action of riba in economic activity. As a solution, sharia financial institutions offer appropriate financing schemes in accordance with the needs of farners, but it can also be through the optimization of the function of islamic microfinance institutions (BMT) as an alternative in financing in the agricultural sector, the establishment of agricultural sharia banking and the application of rewards and punishment in financing. So the purpose of this study is expected by closer farmers with islamic financial institutions so that they can be completely free from the riba that can harm.Keywords:Riba, Agricultural Development, Sharia Financing, Islamic Financial Institutions, Islamic Banking.
This research purpose is to know the comparison empowerment of productive zakah between rural and urban communities in West Kalimantan Province. This research was conducted in two places, namely Lembaga Amil Zakah (LAZ) Rumah Zakah and Lembaga Amil Zakah (LAZ) Dompet Peduli Ummat. The discussion of this research is about how the comparation of productive zakah empowerment performed by LAZ Rumah Zakah to urban and LAZ Dompet Umat to rural communities in West Kalimantan Province. This research was design in the form of a qualitative descriptive research throughout case studies strategy. In this research, the researcher using observation, interview and documentation as the instruments of data collection. The researcher was interested using a pairing pattern, making of explanation and analysis of time series in technique of data analysis. Research result shows that, zakah empowerment that conducted by LAZ Rumah Zakah to urban community has fulfilled in one of the indicators which is the ability to take advantage of future enterprises. Whereas, the empowerment programs which conducted by LAZ Dompet Umat to rural community also fulfilled two indicators: the decision-making ability and economic independence. For overall, the empowerment programs which conducted by LAZ Dompet Umat is better than what LAZ Rumah Zakah did to the urban because there are two indicators achieved.
This paper is studying development of legal though engendered by Majlis Tarjih Muhammadiyah. Development of human interaction is very balance with the need of law as human control. However, it has unbalance relation with the law product which is produced. Therefore, it should produce the new law product as a human life foundation which has not been punished explicitly in al-Quran and al-Hadits. This matter needs concrete action in looking for new law from both sources of Moslem which are called ijtihad. This action is developed widely by social-religious organization such as Muhammadiyah. Furthermore this organization established Majlis Tarjih in 1927 as a place for ijtihad which is grown till now. In its actions, Muhammadiyah has made several law-thinking which follow the methods development of ijtihad, branding, and also it is not far from the recent situation and condition.

But Islam regulates its people on how to transact well between each other. All the work done should not go out of the way, so that no one feels harmed and no one feels remorse in the future. The problem in this study is how the trading practice system. To know and tempeh in Laok Jang-Jang KangeanSumenep Village and how to Implement Islamic Economic Law in Laok Jang-Jang KangeanSumenep Village. The purpose of this research is to uncover the problem of The Implementation analysis of Islamic Economic Law AgainstTempe To know-selling practices in Laok Jang KangeanSumenep Village.This research is field reseach that is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. Samples are taken using total sampling that all sellers and buyers know and tempe so that this problem can be presented clearly, the research instruments used are interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis is done through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions or verification. Based on research, it is known that the practice of buying and selling toy and tempeh that occurs in the villagers of Laok Jang-Jang KangeanSumenep. it has become a tradition where in trade transactions know and tempe that often only use purchase receipts even some are only by oral.Key Words:Islamic Economic System, Against Buying and Selling Practices
