This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of working capital management on profitability and liquidity with the business cycle as a moderating variable. The research is quantitative by using secondary data in the form of financial statements, the population used is a manufacturing company with a sample of 81 companies from 2005 to 2015. Data management has done by using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results reveal that inventory turnover has no significant effect on profitability, accounts receivable turnover and debt turnover has significant negative effect on profitability, so the cash conversion cycle negatively does not give an affect of profitability due to business cycle conditions that fluctuated from 2005 to 2015. Inventory turnover, accounts receivable turnover, debt turnover and cash conversion cycle have significant negative effect on liquidity. Business cycles (D1) and (D2) are moderate management of working capital towards profitability. The business cycle (D1) is moderates the management of working capital towards liquidity and the business cycle (D2) is not moderate the management of working capital towards liquidity.
People’s lifestyle in the digital era is very varied, almost all stratum of society use technology to gain information, data, loans, transactions, and others practically and quickly. This study aims to find customer trust on intention to adopt fintect performance, find the effect of fintect promotion on the intention to adopt fintect, find the effect of intention to adopt fintect on financial inclusion. This study used survey methods through questionnaires for respondents who used fintect products (OVO applications) in Surabaya with a total sample of 265 respondents. To find out the responses of the respondents toward fintect products, it uses a Likert scale. The data processing performed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that there was an influence between customer trust on intention to adopt fintect, there was an influence between fintect promotion on intention to adopt fintect, and there was an influence between intention to adopt fintect on financial inclusion.
This abdimas activity took the theme of 'back to basic' or back to basics, because it saw the condition of SME partners, the majority of whom had micro/small business scale. In this case, the abdimas team provides training in simple bookkeeping and marketing management with the main focus being partners' understanding of the importance of keeping financial records, changing the mindset of partners who initially saw financial bookkeeping as difficult but became easy. After the training, the STIESIA abdimas team assisted partners to become proficient in making financial reports. Located in Dapur Djitoe, which is one of the partner SMEs, so that partners contribute to providing a place for activities and empowering SME products as consumption activities as well as promotional events for other UMK products. The initial stage starts with understanding the basics of making simple bookkeeping and understanding related to marketing management, the next activity the abdimas team will use bookkeeping applications, then on the marketing side there will be training and digital marketing assistance, cataloging techniques, employee management management, supply chain and recording business legality. Thus, this basic activity is expected to be able to become the foundation for SME partners in maintaining their business, expanding market share and developing their business.
