Breadfruit is a plant that has potential as a national food security reserve because breadfruit is able to produce throughout the year, breadfruit is also a vegetable food ingredient that contains a lot of carbohydrates. Purple sweet potato can improve the taste of food processing products, because of its distinctive purple color, and high nutritional content. Saga seeds are high protein-producing plants concurrently increasing the nutritional value of food, and mocaf is the result of cassava fermentation by special enzymes that produce products that have characteristics such as wheat flour and have the potential as a food substitute for wheat flour. In this study, producing brownies from various composite flour to develop food diversity in Indonesia. The final results of the study showed that composite flour (modified breadfruit, purple sweet potato, saga seeds, and mocaf) with a ratio of 35%: 45%: 15%: 5% produced the best quality brownies in terms of hedonic values (taste, aroma, color, texture, general acceptance), water content, ash content, fat content, protein content, and fiber content.
Sengketa tanah adalah tentang sengketa penguasaan dan kepemilikan tanah sedangkan yang lainnya adalah sengketa hak dan sengketa batas/letak tanah. Hal ini jelas menunjukkan, sebagian besar masyarakat telah mengetahui hak mereka terhadap tanah yang mereka miliki dan kuasai. Permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah apa yang menjadi unsur dari perbuatan melawan hukum, bagaimana hubungan antara perbuatan melawan hukum dengan penguasaan tanah tanpa hak. bagaimana pertanggungjawaban perbuatan melawan hukum terhadap penguasaan dan pengelolaan tanah tanpa hak. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka untuk mentelaah data-data sekunder. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dikemukakan, maka ditarik kesimpulan bahwa unsur dari perbuatan melawan hukum adalah perbuatan melawan hukum yang dilakukan oleh pelaku dan perbuatan tersebut bertentangan dengan hak orang lain yaitu wewenang khusus yang diberikan oleh hukum kepada seseorang untuk digunakan bagi kepentingannya. Hubungan antara perbuatan melawan hukum dengan penguasaan tanah tanpa hak terjadi apabila dilakukn pengambilan dan penguasaan tanah-tanah yang sudah dimiliki/dikuasai oleh masyarakat. Hak seseorang atas tanah semestinya harus dihormati, dalam pengertian tidak boleh orang lain melakukan tindakan yang melawan hukum untuk memiliki/menguasai tanah tersebut. Hak seseorang atas tanah harus didukung oleh bukti hak dapat berupa sertifikat, bukti hak tertulis non sertifikat atau pengakuan/ keterangan yang dapat dipercaya kebenarannya. Jika penguasaan atas tanah dimaksud hanya didasarkan atas kekuasaan, arogansi atau kenekatan semata, pada hakekatnya penguasaan tersebut sudah melawan hokum dan berdasarkan hukum tidak dapat disebut bahwa yang bersangkutan mempunyai hak atas tanah. Pertanggungjawaban perbuatan melawan hukum terhadap penguasaan dan pengelolaan tanah tanpa hak dapat dimintakan pertanggungjawaban perdata dan tuntutan ganti rugi.
Land is one of sources of livelihood and subsistence for individuals and society so that it becomes basic needs of human beings. The urgency of land for humans’ life is appreciated by Government of the Republic of Indonesia through land national policy by the issuance of Law Number 5/1960 on the Basic Agrarian Regulations. BPN (the National Land Office) is specifically obliged to provide legal certainty to land management for citizens with various types of ownership rights to be properly used. In order to avoid any kinds of disputes, the society has to firstly understand whether the land has already had an owner, is abandoned or is still owned by the State. The research problems are how about the criteria of land that can be owned by society, how about the transfer of land title whose owner is unknown, and what role is played by the Government concerning land title transfer whose owner is unknown.This is a normative juridical research with normative juridical approach. Circumstances are not present and the legal consequences according to Indonesian Civil Law, Unknown condition of a person can lead to various problems including which will affect the legal status of that person, his wealth and marriage. This is the case with land owned by someone who is declared missing or absent (Afwezigheid) require ruling on death notification issued by a Judge; thus, all heirs who, pursuant to the laws, are rightful to transfer all authorities over their properties, are suggested to organize inherited wealth and property. This article discusses the comparison of legal culture between the Chinese and Indonesian people in making contracts. A comparison of legal culture is carried out by comparing the legal culture of the Chinese and Indonesian people in complying with contract law based on the Chinese/Chinese Civil Code and Indonesian Civil Code as well as other related regulations in the field of contracting. Contract law in China is known as the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China, the people are called Chinese. However, on January 1, 2021, the Contract Law in China has been declared revoked and is no longer valid because a new law known as the Chinese Civil Code has been promulgated. Meanwhile, contract law in Indonesia is also known as the Civil Code, which was obtained from the colonial era government, and is still in force today. Meanwhile, in the Netherlands, only the Civil Code used previously has been updated. The problem raised is how to compare the legal culture of the Chinese and Indonesian people in making contracts. The method used is normative legal research with a comparative approach. The analytical knife used is the general theory of contract law in positive law. Through the analysis carried out, the comparison factors were obtained as the basis for the comparison of making contracts by the Chinese and Indonesian people. From the results of this comparison, the differences and similarities of contract law that apply in Indonesia and China are obtained.
