AbstrakKearifan lokal tentang makanan tradisional yang terkandung dalam naskah nusantara khususnya naskah Jawa tersebut merupakan warisan nenek moyang yang bernilai tinggi karena dengan mewarisi tradisi tentang makanan, dapat memperkuat identitas dan jati diri bangsa Indonesia secara universal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada observasi (participant observation), wawancara mendalam (in depth interview) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yaitu data reduction, data display dan conclusion drawing/verification. Uji kredibilitas data dengan triangulasi dan member check. Potensi srabi sebagai makanan khas di Desa Ngampin Ambarawa adalah sebagai sumber pendapatan keluarga. Para pedagang srabi mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan dengan berjualan srabi tersebut. Omzet penjualan akan meningkat pada saat hari libur dan pada saat perayaan tradisi srabinan di bulan Sya'ban yang lebih dikenal dengan "Sya'banan". Upaya pelestarian srabi di Desa Ngampin Ambarawa yaitu dengan terus melestarikan kearifan lokal budaya daerah setempat, misal tradisi Srabinan yang dilaksanakan pada saat bulan Sya'ban terutama pada tanggal 13, 14 dan 15. Peran Pemerintah Daerah setempat (PEMDA) terus melakukan pembinaan pada paguyuban pedagang srabi, agar para pedagang terus dapat mempertahankan keberadaan srabi pada setiap saat. Menjadikan srabi sebagai makanan khas desa Ngampin Ambarawa sebagai upaya untuk mempertahankan nilai kearifan lokal. The role of local government (PEMDA) continues to provide guidance to the traders of srabi traders, so that traders can continue to maintain the existence of srabi at any time. Making srabi as a special food Ngampin Ambarawa village as an effort to maintain the value of local wisdom.

The desire to be beautiful among Indonesian women today is influenced by the construction of beauty from outside of the culture. The popular culture of parts of East Asia has entered Indonesia and the Eastern concept of beauty has brought in a different paradigm compared to the local beauty of the Indonesian people. This study is a descriptive qualitative study involving discourse analysis that examines the shift in the construction of beauty held by Indonesian women in the decades 1990-2000 and 2001-2010 through the cosmetic advertisements that appeared on television. Through this research, the shift in the concept of beauty and the discourse hidden behind the present construction of beauty will be revealed. The results found that in the early 1990s, Indonesian women were still oriented towards the reality of the condition that Indonesian women’s skin is tanned. This shifted to the concept of fair skin being preferred using traditional ethnic materials in Indonesia. From the 2000s up until the present, the increasingly popular culture of Japan and Korea has made Indonesian women want white skin like Japanese and Korean women. The change is driven by the desire to be beautiful by those who have experienced the shift in the discourse and beauty concept. Capitalists, as the owners of capital, always want to reap the benefits of every phenomenon that occurs in society. The use of different taglines on the beauty products is a beauty discourse construction strategy in itself and it is a form of symbolic violence against women.

The aim of this research is to describe beliefs and Shinto practices in the anime Noragami based on the concept of religion by Koentjaraningrat and references from Danamdjaja, Nadroh and Azmi. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data collection technique used was a note-taking technique. The data used are dialogues and screenshots. The data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing the dialogue in the anime noragami related to beliefs or Shinto practices. Found three concepts of beliefs from the anime include beliefs in the existence of God, belief in the soul(spirit) of the dead, and belief in the evil spirit (ghost or monster). While Shinto rites were found, three practices include purification, offerings to gods and praying. The conclusions of this study about Japanese people’s beliefs contained in the anime Noragami in the form of supernatural and soul (spirit) concepts.
