Cassava is one of the most highly productive food crops in Bondowoso regency. High productivity of cassava, encourages farmers and communities in Bondowoso regency to make product from cassava. One form of processed cassava with high selling power is Tape. Because Tape has high demand, so the existence and availability of tape must be maintained. Based on this, it is necessary to study the analysis of agro-industry Tape development strategy in Bondowoso Regency. The main purpose of this research is to obtain the steps or strategies that support the development of agro-industry Tape development in Bondowoso Regency. Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) approach is one method that can answer this problem. This method can guide decision makers to make an assessment of each criterion and alternative. The criteria used in this study are (S) = Strengths, (W) = Weaknesses, (O) = Oppurtunities, (T) = Treats. The results showed that the position of agroindustrial based on Tape in Bondowoso Regency resides in the 4th quadrant. The main strategy priority is develop the processed tape products by improving the quality and value added products.

Kolang kaling grass jelly drink is a functional food product that is beneficial for health. Consumer demand for beverage products that have a good impact on health is increasing due to high public awareness of the importance of health. The home industry of kolang kaling grass jelly drink must be able to know the criteria of attributes needed and desired by consumers. One effective method for determining the needs and desires of consumers is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This method starts from the product planning matrix (house of quality), followed by the planning matrix, the process planning matrix, and the production planning matrix. From the results of the QFD analysis, it is necessary to improve the planning process of making grass jelly drinks, then realized using the strategy formulation implementation strategy based on mapping the main needs and performance to be achieved. Through the QFD approach, it is expected to help businesspeople formulate process improvement priorities so they can produce jelly drink products that are following the wants and needs of consumers.

Tapai is one of the products that become the flagship and image of Bondowoso district. So, the existence of cassava is very supportive to the continuity agroindustry based on Tapai. The main purpose of this research is determining methods that can be used to select the agroindustrial development strategies. One of the decision-making methods that can be used for the selection of agro-industrial development strategies is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. In the formulation of strategies is also used SWOT analysis. Based on the research, a priority strategy is obtained, namely the WO strategy, namely strengthening capital for the Tapai agroindustry business and increasing promotion by conducting training.
