Limestone mining activities at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency of South Sumatera Province is conducted on an open quarry mining system. Limestone is the main raw material needed in the manufacture of cement in PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. Open-pit mining activities at the end of their activities will leave ex-mining land. The ex-mining land must be used for the mining environment remains sustainable. The ex-mining land can be used for various purposes such as rubber plantations, oil palm plantations, teak forests, pine forests, fruit orchards, and others. The former land of limestone mine of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk as stated in its post mine plan document, one of which is for rubber plantation. The research uses a survey method. The purpose of this research to assess the technical utilization of limestone mined land PT Semen Baturaja Tbk for rubber plantations for sustainable mining environment. The results are expected to benefit stakeholders, academics, researchers, practitioners and mining associations, and the environment.

Event open-pit mining methods in the exploitation of limestone by PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk cause depletion of water, air, and soil. At the end of mining activities will leave ex-mine land in the form of void and non void (empty land). Reclamation and Postmining must be carried out by the company according to the mandate of Government Regulation No. 78 year 2010. Reclamation and post-harvest activities on ex-non void mines can be revegetation activities, while void can be used as reservoirs for raw water sources. The aim is to maintain the sustainability of natural resources and water in the limestone mining environment. The research aims to determine the condition of void water produced from limestone mining activities for a sustainable environment. The method used in this study is using the pollution index method. The results showed that the water in the sump inlet and quarry outlet experienced mild pollution. Pollution index at the location of the limestone mine sump inlet worth 2.14 and for oulet quarry worth 2.07. This shows that mine void water is not feasible to be used as raw water, so water treatment needs to be done so that it meets the established quality standards. If void water comply the prescribed quality standards, environmental sustainability in the limestone mining sector can be achieved during during the life of the mine, post mining, until after the post-mining period.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan bagaimana mengelola teknologi dan informasi mengenai situs website desa guna menggali potensi yang ada di desa agar bisa memetakan persoalan desa sehingga dapat dimasukkan dalam pengenalan dan laporan kegiatan pembangunan desa kepada aparat desa beserta masyarakat desa Kotadaro II Kecamatan Rantau Panjang Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Provinsi Sumatera Selatan perlu diberikan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman aparat desa dan masyarakat dalam mengelola dan memperbaharui informasi data desa dengan melibatkan lembaga-lembaga yang ada di desa sehingga partisipasi masyarakat dalam manajemen pengelolaan website menjadi meningkat. Melalui peran serta aktif masyarakat desa maupun lembaga yang ada di desa maka diharapkan hasil pelatihan pengelolaan website akan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan tujuan pembangunan perdesaaan itu sendiri

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of capital expenditures, infrastructure of the long road, and the human development index (HDI) to GDP District/city in South Sumatera Province. The data used in this research is data from the year 2010-2015 results from publications of the Central Bureau of Statictic (BPS) and the Directorate General of Financial Equalization (DJPK). Location of research covering 15 District/City in South Sumatera Province. This research was conducted by means of panel data regression analysis using program of Eviews 8. The selection of late-model in this data regression analysis using program of Eviews 8. The selection of late-model in this study i.e the Fixed Effectmodel. The results showed that variable capital expenditures, infrastruture of the long road, and the human development index (HDI) are jointly significantly to GDP. The variable infrastucture of the long road and the shuman development index (HDI) a negative and siignificant effect against the GDP. The value of the coefficient of the determinaation (R-square) obtained the value of the variable 0.986993 which means capital expenditures, infrastucture of the long road, and the human development index is able to affect the GDP of 98.69 percent 1.31 percent and the rest is determined by other variables that are not listed in the model.

Dewasa ini perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi. Adanya revolusi industri 4.0 memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan dunia usaha. Pemanfaatan teknologi mutakhir tepat guna dalam pengembangan usaha yang berdasarkan pada jiwa entrepreneur yang mapan akan dapat mengoptimalkan proses sekaligus hasil dari unit usaha yang dikembangkan. Pelatihan e-Commerce pada home industry memberikan manfaat pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah di Desa Kerinjing untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan serta dapat mengembangkan usaha yang dijalaninya agar berkembang menjadi lebih besar lagi. Adanya website e-Commerce ini pelanggan yang didapat bukan hanya dari lingkup Desa Kerinjing saja, akan tetapi pelanggan bisa dari Desa Kerinjing bahkan bisa di luar Sumatera Selatan, tentunya dapat membantu pemerintah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian terutama didaerah desa, sehingga daerah desa menjadi terbuka peluang untuk bisa bersaing dikancah nasional maupun dikancah internasional. Proses pemesanan, proses penjualan dan stok barang bisa dilakukan dengan cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat membantu memonitoring usaha dan juga tentunya dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan bagi pelaku UMKM yang ada di Desa Kerinjing.
