Saavedra Fajardos República Literaria embraces a reflection concerned with the image of books, librarles and reading practices which, within a perspective focused on the social history of written culture, leads us to the different literary representations created during the Modern Age in order to display the role played by both books and reading in society.

This article describes a brief study of the involvement and identity of Spanish cryptanalysts who worked for the French in the Second World War at the PC Bruno and PC Cadix groups.
