Given the heterogeneous nature of intervention contents, theoretical foundations and therapeutic methods used, the heterogeneity of the evidence is discussed. In addition, perspectives for the further development of resource-oriented resilience interventions are outlined.
Technology forecast studies predict the realisation of a ubiquitous “Anytime, Anywhere Communication and Computing” (AACC) infrastructure by the end of the second decade of this century. This article presents some selected results of an AACC risk survey involving experts
and laypersons and of a study of AACC risk perceptions by people from different social milieus. This is followed by the description of a classification scheme for systemic risks, which is based on a systems scientific approach to understanding this class of risk. Consideration will also be
given to examples of systemic risks that might be caused by AACC.
