Now-a-days Sindhi language is widely used in internet for the various purposes such as: newspapers, Sindhi literature, books, educational/official websites and social networks communications, teaching and learning processes. Having developed technology of computer system, users face difficulties and problems in writing Sindhi script. In this study, various issues and challenges come in the Romanized Sindhi text by using Roman transliteration (Sindhi text (ST) forms of Romanized Sindhi text) are identified. These acknowledged issues are known as noise, written script of Romanized and its style, space issues in Romanized script, some characters not suitable in Romanized Sindhi, as a paragraph, rows, character issues, punctuation, row break and font style. However, this study provides the summary of issues and challenges of Romanized Sindhi text. This research work provides detailed information of issues and challenges faced by people during chatting in Romanized Sindhi text.
Optofluidics is increasingly gaining impact in a number of different fields of research, namely biology and medicine, environmental monitoring and green energy. However, the market for optofluidic products is still in the early development phase. In this manuscript, we discuss modular platforms as a potential concept to facilitate the transfer of optofluidic sensing systems to an industrial implementation. We present microfluidic and optical networks as a basis for the interconnection of optofluidic sensor modules. Finally, we show the potential for entire optofluidic networks.
TQM plays an important role in hospitals. TQM is a well-known concept; it is a management philosophy of continuously improving the quality of products and processes. Total quality management is based on 3-principles continuous quality improvement, customer services, team work. Hospitals are by nature complex organizations and complexities are multifaceted in-service hospitals with a sense of lack of services. Quality has emerged as a major issue in the healthcare sector and total quality management has been recognized as the major long-term strategic plan to further improve the quality of health care. The primary data was analyzed for ANOVA, the research results showed the significant relationship. The implementation of TQM in service providers will require the quality management awareness, training and framework progress and customer awareness. The results provide significant information results in reaching conclusion and offering recommendations to management and concerned stakeholders.
