So intense business competition in the modern era, companies must pay attention to the quality of its human resources. Because human resources are the most important in running a company. this is because employees can act as thinkers, planners in company activities that require the company to achieve the desired goals. In this company expects a high increase in the company to encourage the progress of the company. but in reality the performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang is still relatively low, as evidenced by the problem of lack of discipline in work, mistakes in work so that it is less effective and efficient at work and problems that are less supportive. This of course is a challenge for the company because it will hamper the achievement of company goals. This research aims to study work competence and the physical work environment on the performance of the employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang. The type of research used is explanatory research, the sampling technique of this study used a saturated sample technique of 70 respondents. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The data analysis method used is regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program version 25.0. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded as a substitute for work and physical work environment on the performance of the employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang proven to be a simple work regression test to tell positive 0.208, The physical work environment is 0.223. Have t countc> t table for work discipline of 2,190, and physical work environment of 2,613 through multiple linear regression tests of work discipline and work environment have beta coefficient values of 0.236 and 0.245. The advice given to the company is to improve in terms of reinforcing existing regulations in the company and improving the work environment in the PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang.
Education for sustainable development (ESD) is essential to study in order to understand environmental changes from the perspective of student character building. This concept is the main foundation that refers to individual personality as a medium to build excellent capacity from an early age. At adolescent age, children experience a period with high emotional growth that encourages changes in attitudes and behavior patterns towards the surrounding environment. This exploratory study aimed at describing the relationship between environmental knowledge and studentsí attitudes and behaviors, along with challenging factors as the moderating variable, involving 320 participants from two junior high schools in two cities in Central Java, Indonesia. The data were analyzed using partial least square Smartpls v3.0. This study found that junior high school students had low environmental and social knowledge, but there was a good attitude and behavior tendency concerning the environment. The studentsí knowledge significantly influenced environmentally-friendly attitudes and behaviors, especially the social environment that the obstacles also became a significant moderating variable. Thus, schools and related parties should develop programs to increase the studentsí study orientation towards the environment and to have a collective awareness of the environment, specifically the ability to analyze and synthesize the surroundings.
This research aims to see how past experiences influence the intention to return to Karimunjawa when the New Normal Policy is enacted. Coronavirus (Covid-19) Pandemic has indeed had an impact on all sectors in Indonesia. One of the most affected is the tourism sector because of the prohibition on gathering and reducing physical contact with other people. Indonesia is undergoing a new normal and tourism has started to carry out activities. Green tourism is one of the tours offered in Karimunjawa Island which is visited by many domestic and foreign tourists. Tourists will be made gradually even though the Karimunjawa tourist spot is opened. The closure of tourist visits to Karimunjawa is indeed very impactful for people who depend on the tourism sector for their livelihoods. Such as travel agencies, homestays and those related directly and indirectly to Karimunjawa tourism activities. The amount of Tourist Experience, Destination Image and Perceived Value for the exogenous latent variable revisit intention is shown by the value of R square (R2), the value of R square is 0.86 indicating the contribution / influence of tourist experience, destination image and perceived value on revisit intention of 86.0%, the rest amounting to 14.0% influenced by other factors.
The increasingly fierce competition between e-commerce makes the company need to increase the consumers satisfaction through product quality and service quality, so they can survive and continue to get profits. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of product quality and service quality through consumer satisfaction at Lazada.This research is quantitative research that uses explanatory type. Sampling technique uses non probability sampling and purposive sampling approach. Where the population is all Lazada consumers in Universitas Diponegoro Semarang, while the sample is 100 Lazada consumers with certain criteria carried out. Data collection techniques using google form and interviews.The analysis used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Based on the results of research Lazada must increase consumer satisfaction by increasing product quality through product durability, quality of the product packaging and more careful on processing order so the ordered product will match with the one that consumer accept. In addition Lazada also needs to notice quality service for more responsive in serving consumer and faster in giving solution on consumer complaint, also strive for timely delivery of goods estimated. So that it will increase consumer satisfaction at Lazada.
Stock price is the money incurred to obtain proof of inclusion or ownership of a company. The stock price has changed up or down over time. It is caused by various factors, both internal and ext ernal factors. In the last five years, ROA, ROE and EPS are companies sub-sector of food and beverage tends to experience a decline. While the stock price of companies sub-sector food and beverage tends to increase. The research aims to test the influence of ROA, ROE and EPS on the price of shares in food and beverage sub-sector companies. This type of research is an expreslanative, with a population that can be examined in the sub -sector of food and beverage as many as 14 companies. The data source type is the secondary data obtained indirectly. The data types used in this study are time series and cross section data. The data analysis methods used are the classic assumption test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, regression test and signi ficance test by using SPSS 21 application. The results of this study stated that the influence of ROA, ROE and EPS was a positive and significant influence on the stock price of 40.6%, while the remainder of 59.4% was described by other variables not inclu ded in the model. Based on this and the limitations in this research, researchers have some advice for companies to maintain the stability of profit and financial performance of the company. And for investors who will invest in the company, in addition to seeing the company's financial performance, it is also worth considering other factors beyond the control of the company (external factors)
