The article includes a comprehensive analysis of the specifics of the system of active learning methods and a description of its resources in the professional training of future specialists in the context of modern modernization of higher education. Based on the results of the analysis of current trends in the development of a variety of technologies and formats of training in higher education, the criteria for determining their feasibility are identified. The paper presents an overview of the significant psychological characteristics of the teacher, acting as internal determinants of successful activity based on active learning methods. Various components of students' project activity are considered. The advantages of active teaching methods in the development of professional thinking, reflection of students' experience and competencies in ensuring the productivity of their advancement in educational and professional activities are revealed. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research, the article describes the content features of modern students ' ideas about the resources and risks of active learning methods for their role in achieving a high level of professional competence development. The psychological factors that determine the success of the use of active learning methods in professional education are identified.

The content of the article reveals the features of the teacher as a subject of professional activity in the educational environment of the University. The article describes the psychological determinants of success of teacher in terms of resources and risks of modern innovation space, presented mechanisms of development and manifestations of occupational success factors, conditions, strategies and professional development of the teacher of the future, reflecting the current format of supporting the development of the subject training. The article describes the phenomenological and instrumental components of success, factors and conditions for the formation of successful professional behavior, as well as forms and ways of representing success in interaction with students. The article shows the psychological function of competence and reference in the professional activity of a higher school teacher, the role of sociogenic needs of a teacher in self-development, personalization, self-actualization and self-realization in interaction with students. Features of interpretation of the personality image of the future teacher from the point of view of modern students are presented.

The paper presents a review of significant personal qualities of students, considered as internal determinants of successful transforming activity of a modern specialist: features of the value-semantic sphere, psychological, emotional and volitional characteristics of subjectivity. Factors that facilitate and block constructive activity aimed at promising transformations are shown. Considered extraction and interactively transformative in nature, their meaning and function in the development of the individual student. Various vectors of transformative activity in childhood are considered. The role of self-attitude, self-awareness, reflection of students’ experience and knowledge in ensuring the productivity of their professional and personal growth is revealed. Based on the analysis of the results of an empirical study, we describe the content features of modern students’ ideas about the essence and determinants of the positive transformative activity of its role in achieving future professionalsuccess.
An indicators analysis of the first-graders functional state and vegetative homeostasis obtained in the initial period of adaptation to the educational environment revealed gender differences in the rates of the adaptation process to new learning conditions. It has been established that girls’ adaptation mechanisms turn on earlier than boys’, with their similar orientation. The article provides an experimental justification of the indicators use legitimacy for heart rate variability to assess the functional state of the body in the acute period of adaptation to the educational environment. The importance of teacher physiological literacy for the optimization of the educational process is substantiated. The results of the study are convincing evidence of the knowledge importance for the physiological foundations of the occurrence and course of physiological and mental processes, stable individual psycho-physiological characteristics for the organization of the learning environment, corresponding to the functional capabilities of the body. This argument is also confirmed by many years of experience among master students key competencies development, which allow using such an objective criterion as the current functional state of the body to ensure, through the joint efforts of parents, teachers, psychologists, and doctors, the correction of the educational environment and psycho-physiological resistance of individual to it. The established differences in the dynamics of heart rate variability indicators for girls and boys can be used to form a health-saving program in school settings.
The paper shows the main vectors of development of professional success of medical specialists in the context of modernization of modern medical practice. Based on the results of the analysis of modern requirements in the doctor as a subject of professional activity, psychological markers of its success are allocated. The article analyzes professionally significant personal qualities that act as internal determinants of successful professional activity of a modern doctor: moral, socio-psychological, emotional-volitional, as well as characteristics that act as markers of subjectivity formation: moral qualities, socio-psychological qualities, emotional-volitional qualities that allow to form and develop a competent style of professional behavior. The role of self - knowledge, reflection and professional self-consciousness of medical students in the effectiveness of their professional and personal growth and development of competence is shown. Based on the analysis of the results of empirical research, the article describes the content features of the views of modern medical students regarding the determinants of professional success, resources and risks of their development, shows the features of the severity of a number of psychological characteristics of modern medical students. The conceptual scheme of formation of psychological determinants of professional and personal growth of medical students is presented.
