: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi masyarakat Gampong Meunasah Krueng terkait pentingnya pendidikan seks, terbentuknya sekolah perempuan sebagai bentuk solusi untuk mencegah terjadinya kekerasan seksual melalui pengaplikasian delapan fungsi keluarga. Pelaksanaan pengabdian menggunakan Metode PALS (Participatory Action Learning System), dimana dalam metode PALS dibutuhkan partisipasi mitra untuk mencapai tujuan pengabdian tersebut. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-November Tahun 2022. Adapun hasil dari program tersebut adalah terbukanya pola pikir masyarakat Gampong Meunasah Krueng terutama perempuan melalui sosialiasi program sex education, perempuan Gampong Meunasah Krueng dapat memahami serta mengimplemetasikan delapan fungsi keluarga sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya tindakan kekerasan seksual, terbentuknya sekolah perempuan yang diberi nama dengan “Sikula Geutanyoe” dan memiliki kurikulum pembelajaran sebagai acuan untuk para pengurus. Selanjutnya, terbentuk pengurus inti yang telah dilantik yang akan menjadi pelapor dan pelopor, terdiri dari Forum Perempuan dan Forum Anak serta terbentuknya kerjasama antara Universitas Teuku Umar, Pemerintahan Kabupaten Nagan Raya, dan Lembaga Hukum. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh indikator keberhasilan program telah tercapai karena seluruh tahapan dalam pengabdian telah dilakukan dengan maksimal oleh tim PPK Ormawa Himadistra.This service aims to educate the people of Gampong Meunasah Krueng regarding the importance of sex education and the formation of women's schools to prevent sexual violence through the application of eight family functions. The implementation of community service uses the PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) method, whereas the PALS method requires partner participation to achieve the goal of service. This service program will be carried out in July-November 2022. The results of the program are opening the mindset of the people of Gampong Meunasah Krueng, especially women, through the socialization of the sex education program, Gampong Meunasah Krueng women can understand and implement the eight functions of the family so that they can prevent acts of violence. Sexual orientation, the formation of a girls' school named "Sikula Geutanyoe", and having a learning curriculum as a reference for administrators. Furthermore, a core board has been appointed who will become reporters and pioneers, consisting of the Women's Forum and Children's Forum and the formation of collaboration between Teuku Umar University, the Nagan Raya District Government, and the Legal Institute. All indicators of program success have been achieved because all stages in the service have been carried out optimally by the Himadistra Ormawa PPK team.
This article aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Saku JR application at PT. Jasa Raharja Meulaboh Representative because the JR Saku application was made by an employee of PT. Jasa Raharja Meulaboh Representative and used by employees and officers of SAMSAT work unit representatives of Meulaboh. The problem is focused on the use of the Saku JR application where the Saku JR application is only used by employees and SAMSAT officers of the Meulaboh representative work unit. To approach this problem, Sutrisno's theoretical reference is used, which argues that there are several things that become a benchmark for effectiveness so that it can be said to be effective if it fulfills some of these things. Data was collected through interviews with employees of PT. Jasa Raharja Meulaboh Representative and SAMSAT officer of the Meulaboh representative work unit and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that most employees and SAMSAT officers of the Meulaboh representative work unit have used the Saku JR application to help improve services and overcome problems in the field so as to improve their performance, so that it can be said to be effective.
