Berdasarkan data STR Global (2015), Pembangunan Hotel di Indonesia termasuk terbanyak kedua se-Asia Pasifik. Pembangunan yang terus menerus tanpa memikirkan dampak lingkungan mendatang akan merusak lingkungan. Jumlah hotel semakin hari semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan data statistik hotel dan tingkat penghunian kamar hotel DKI Jakarta (2014), jumlah hotel di DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2014 ada sebanyak 437 hotel, 35.48% adalah hotel bintang tiga, 22.12% hotel bintang dua, 19.82% hotel bintang empat, dan 10.60% hotel bintang satu. Jumlah Hotel bintang dan non bintang di Jakarta mengalami peningkatan sebesar 24.50% sejak tahun 2010-2014. Pembangunan industri pariwisata yang pesat dapat memberikan ancaman yang serius terhadap lingkungan dan sosial budaya. Perkembangan pembangunan hotel juga membuat daerah sekitar Jakarta seperti Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan bekasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembangunan industri pariwisata yang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana aspek green hotel telah diterapkan pada hotel bintang satu, dua, dan tiga di daerah Jabodetabek. Proses penelitian dilakukan dengan pencarian data dan survey lapangan (observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi) berdasarkan kriteria yang terdapat pada kuesioner penelitian. Pembahasan pada penelitian yaitu mengenai sampah, energi, HVAC, dan edukasi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini akan memberikan gambaran perkembangan green hotel di Jabodetabek pada masa ini, sehingga pada pembangunan hotel selanjutnya dapat berkembang lebih baik.
The Nasional Gallery of Indonesia is a reputable art gallery owned by Indonesian State. It roles as the venue for exhibitions and art events on International scale. To maintain the reputation then it employed the Independent Curators to cary out exhibitions. In recent years, the phenomenon of the proffesional Fine Art Artists show the hing spirits. To enrich their international publication then they began to realize their opportunity to exhibit at this gallery. Unfortunately, the gallery building is an adaptive reuse of the Cultural Heritage Building. The National Gallery building which has a distinctive Dutch Colonial architectural style has not been optimally utilized. So, it has existence has wide limitations and space limitation that unable to accommodate such high interests. On the other hand, Jabodetabek is stands for Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi are the Greater City of Jakarta, has Cultural Heritage Buildings. There are many of architectural style of heritage buildings that has chance to be the exhibition spaces. The study is an idea to aim solutions of the availability of exhibition area in Jabodetabek to accommodate the Fine Art Artists interest of exhibiting. According to the Adaptive-Reuse of the National Gallery’s case, and by refers to the Grounded Theory Research method and Case Studies related to the Jabodetabek’s Cultural Heritage buildings. A Working Hyphotesis is Jabodetabeks’s Cultural Heritage Buildings opportunities as The National Gallery’s Satellites. The findings are the Satellite Galleries Rank, and the Properties Display recommendation based on the Cultural Heritage’s rules that can be offered to make them as the “Satellite” as well as the ICOM as the National Gallery of Indonesia’s standard.
Purpose: This study is to design a library in Depok City in West Java, Indonesia, which is a Central Government which is adjacent to Jakarta (the nation’s Capital) as well as to be able to support the City of Depok as an education city, and infiltration area. Research methods: It uses a descriptive method and divides into three stages: (1) data exploration by collecting related data and existing site conditions, (2) site and building analysis, (3) building design and making 3d model’s design. Findings: Understanding of surrounding conditions will be very helpful in designing eco-friendly building. Like wise with the building and site design that adapts to local environmental conditions will also provide comfort for the users themselves and even the surrounding residents. Implications: Creating an environmentally friendly library design by implementing the library tourism attractiveness index system will certainly make people interested in visiting continuously and getting positive benefits. The local and wider community not only gain knowledge but also freshness and happiness.
Purpose: This research tries to preserve cultural building heritage by reusing old buildings as The National Gallery of Indonesia’s Satellites (Galeri Nasional Indonesia Satelit) to provide design recommendations that can combine old and contemporary aspects. Research methods: This research is divided into three stages: data exploration and observation of the existing building; activities of reviewing data and making 3D models of existing building; and analysis using the theory of “The 10 Trends of Museum” to create a new attraction for a gallery. Findings: The former Kemajoran Airport has several potentials which are maintained as the identity and uniqueness of the building. The implementation of the theory can find out where the best location to display artwork according to its type and how to display it. The initial stage in utilizing old building is understanding the history, existing conditions, and potential of the building. Implication: The latest trends can attract the wider community to visit exhibition in gallery, especially the current generation. It can be used as one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia.
