One of nanogold uses is as a leprosy drug because it has an activity to increase cell proliferation and collagen biosynthesis. These two activities are necessary for the process of recovery and closure of wounds, including in leprosy. Nanosilver can act as anti-bacterial material, including against leprosy bacteria Mycobacterium leprae. This study used a combination of nanogold and nanosilver to treat leprosy. The theoretical application was very suitable and promising optimal results. The question was whether the combination application of nanogold and nanosilver could be used to treat leprosy. The method used in this study was a clinical test applied a combination of nanogold and nanosilver in 30 leprosy patients who still consumed leprosy drugs as the treatment group. Results were compared to 30 other patients who only consumed leprosy drugs as a control group. Data was collected by medical experts every 2 weeks for 3 months as various medical indicators; wound recovery (width and pain), body temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, and skin surface softness. Results showed that patients with treatment using nanogold and nanosilver was healed significantly faster compared to patients in the control group. Thus, a combination of nanogold and nanosilver could be used to accelerate the healing process of leprosy patients.
Cluster diameter analysis of the results of nanomaterial synthesis can be done using UV-Visible instruments with complex mathematical calculations. Another way is to use the Transform Electron Microscope (TEM) instrument directly. Both have advantages and disadvantages of each. This research compares the results of the two instruments on the results of nanogold and nanosilver synthesis. The results obtained diameter through calculations from UV-Visible nanogold spectra has a diameter of 20.62-20.68 nm, 20 ppm nanosilver has a diameter of 17.32 nm, while the combined nanogoldnanosilver has a diameter of 17.22-17.33 nm. The results of measuring the diameter of the cluster using the TEM instrument give more varied results. It was concluded that measurement of cluster diameter using UV-Visible gives a picture of the dominant cluster diameter that exists in colloidal nanomaterials both nanogold and nanosilver. The results of the measurement of the diameter of the clusters with the TEM instrument give a real picture of the variation of the diameter of the clusters produced by synthesis. Thus this study has the impact of making it easier for researchers to determine instrument choices as needed.
This study aims to ensure the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis cases suffered by leprosy patients. Special inspection is carried out every 2 weeks during the treatment. Treatment by giving nanogold and nanosilver volunteers every morning and night as much as 20 ml 20 ppm in drinking water. The number of volunteers 24 people with an age range of 40-70 years. The sex of male volunteers is 12 people and women are 12 people. The condition is divided into 4 categories; weight, moderate, mild and cured. In the beginning, volunteers were chosen in the weight and moderate categories. Research data were medical records and interviews. The results show a gradual recovery process towards recovery. One person with an initial condition in the weight category had not recovered for 3 months of treatment. Overall there was an improvement in conditions from weight to moderate, mild and recovered. Gender has no effect on the recovery process. The conclusions of the nanogold and nanosilver case studies succeeded in alleviating to cure rheumatoid arthritis volunteers for leprosy patients. This case study has the impact give new hopes for leprosy patients to keep their spirits alive. This is very important for the future of leprosy patients free from rheumatoid arthritis.
The purpose of this study was to describe the word pairing of noun-verb construction in Japanese language learning textbooks. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are Japanese language learning textbooks at the shokyuu level, namely Minna no Nihongo Shokyu I-II 2nd Edition, and Chukyu/Jokyuu level, namely Minna no Nihongo Chukyuu I-II. The data collection procedure in the study begins with collecting noun-verb structured word pairing data from the book Minna no Nihongo Shokyu I-II 2nd Edition and Chukyu/Jokyuu 'middle/high' level and Minna no Nihongo Chukyuu I-II with noun-verb construction. Followed by sorting Verb into 2 (two) parts, namely: ~する動詞 and 和語. The collected word pairings will be analyzed for the closeness of the relationship and clarity of meaning between words based on the theories of Cowie (1998), Hori (2009), and Ima (2006, namely 1) word pairings of noun-verb construction in free combination category, 2) word pairings of noun-verb construction in word pairing category, 3) word pairings of noun-verb construction in idiom category.
