Bank plays an important role for Indonesian economy. Service quality and employee performance have become a priority for human development in Malang City. This study will examine the effect of job fair on job opportunities, and unemployment reduction becomes a priority for human development in Malang City. Therefore, this study will examine the effect of a job fair on unemployment reduction moderated by job opportunities. These study purposes are as follow: 1) Knowing the effect of a job fair on job opportunities in Malang City, 2) Knowing the effect of a job fair on unemployment reduction in Malang City, 3) Knowing the effect of job opportunities on unemployment reduction in Malang City, 4) Knowing the effect of a job fair on unemployment reduction mediated by job opportunities in Malang City. This is a survey research using explanatory research. This research was conducted in Malang City. This study used samples of 96 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and filled in by respondents. From the data obtained, a moderation analysis is done to examine the effect of each variable. This research has four findings. First, job fair has positive and significant effect on job opportunities. Second, job fair has positive and significant effect on unemployment reduction. Third, job opportunities have positive and significant effect on unemployment reduction. Job opportunities mediated the effect of a job fair on unemployment reduction

These study purposes are as follow: 1) knowing the effect of training on service quality of Bank Jatim in Malang Region, 2) knowing the effect of service quality on employee performance of Bank Jatim in Malang Region, 3) knowing the effect of service quality on employee performance of Bank Jatim in Malang Region, 4) knowing the effect of training on employee performance mediated by service quality of Bank Jatim in Malang Region. This is a survey research using an explanatory approach. The research location was Bank Jatim in Malang Region, which 48 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire and filled in by respondents. From the data obtained, mediation analysis is done to examine the effect of each variable. This research has four findings. First, training has a positive and significant effect on service quality. Second, training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Service quality mediates the effect of training on employee performance.

Efforts to improve human resources have been made maximally by the government, namely by enacting Law number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System. This means that legally formal Indonesia has a stronger foothold in implementing education. adequate and competent in their field. One of the educators who have an important role in school management is the principal. The principal has an important role in managing the school administration in order to progress. The role of the principal has two main functions, namely the principal as an educational administrator and as an educational supervisor. The threats or crises that are currently being faced are not necessarily bad for schools. On the contrary, it can motivate schools to be better in the future. For example, many schools have ended up doing digital transformation by using web-based applications to facilitate the learning process, meetings, and managerial coordination when working from home. The biggest challenge is that the current pandemic has made schools change all learning arrangements, including at the Adyatma Lumajang Pharmacy High School. The results obtained from the managerial competition consist of 4 aspects, namely planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring. Aspects of planning obtained 815% high category results, organizing results obtained 730% high category results, guidance obtained 414.12% high category results, and supervision obtained 3568% high category results. It can be said that the school's managerial ability in planning to create an effective school is in accordance with the criteria for an effective school. Namely, the principal plans the vision, mission and goals of the school which are then translated into documented short-term programs, medium-term programs and long-term programs.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh Debt To Asset, Liquidity Dan Intellectual Capital Terhadap Return On Asset. Baik Pengaruh langsungDebt To Asset, Liquidity Dan Intellectual Capitaterhadap Nilai Perusahaan Serta pengaruh tidak langsung Debt To Asset,Liquidity Dan Intellectual Capital terhadap Nilai Perusahaan melalui Return On Asset.Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling.Data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonsia. Adapun Variabel Independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu Debt To Asset, Liquidity juga Intellectual Capital dan Nilai Perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen serta Return On Asset sebagai variabel mediasi dengan total sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian sebanyak 18 perusahaan sektor Wholesaler and retailer periode 2014 s/d 2017 dan dilakukan analisis datanya menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Debt To Asset, Liquidity Dan Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset. Serta Secara langsung Debt To Asset, Liquidity Dan Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhada Nilai Perusahaan. Juga secara tidak langsung Debt To Asset, Liquidity Dan Intellectual Capital berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan melalui Return On Asset.
