This study has established patterns in the plasmochemical activation of technological solutions in the process of malt production. Of importance is the application of innovative technologies to purify water and technological solutions used at malt enterprises that consume large quantities of water resources. A promising technology is the plasmochemical treatment of water and technological solutions in order to purify them and, partially or completely, destroy pathogenic microflora. Due to the use of plasmochemical activation, it has become possible not only to improve the malting process but also to reduce the consumption of water resources for technological purposes by 2-3 times. This is achieved by improving the technological malting process and by the possibility of reuse of wastewater after its filtering and plasmochemical treatment. The experimental laboratory tests have proven the effectiveness of using plasmochemical activation of technological solutions in order to improve the qualitative indicators of wastewater and the possibility of reuse of such solutions after their plasmochemical activation. Applying the proposed method for treating technological solutions decreased the level of contamination of wastewater from malt production. Sewage contamination after activation decreased. Thus, pollution indicators decreased as follows: per dry residue-by 65-95 %; the content of suspended substances-by 33-66 %; residue after roasting-by 58-79 %; total nitrogen-by 58-80 %; P 2 O 5 (phosphorus)-by 75-88 %; K 2 O (potassium)-by 75-92 %; CaO (calcium)by 81-92 %; Na 2 O-by 67-83 %; Cl-not detected; oxidation-by 78-95 %; BOC 5 (biochemical oxygen consumption)-by 92-97 %; pH became alkaline. In plasmochemical treatment, there is a disinfection of wastewater, namely, during an activation mode of 60 min the phytopathogenic microflora (Aspergillus, Alternaria, Penicillium, Fusarium, Mucor) were destroyed. This indicates the effectiveness of the purification and decontamination of technological solutions. Its application is the key to the environmental safety of malt production when all its stages meet the requirements of "green" technologies
The object of the study is the bicoherence of the bispectrum assessment of the dynamics of dangerous parameters of the gas environment during the ignition of materials. The subject is a measure of bicoherence of the bispectrum estimation from the ensemble of realizations and selective bispectrum estimation for the dynamics of hazardous parameters of the gas environment. The practical importance of the research is the use of the measure of bicoherence of the bispectrum for the early detection of fires. The measure of bicoherence of the dynamics of hazardous parameters of the gas environment is substantiated, which allows them to be numerically compared for the studied bispectrum estimates. As such measure, it is proposed to use the integral value of bicoherence for a given frequency interval, which makes it possible to numerically compare the bicoherence of bispectrum estimates for arbitrary time intervals of the dynamics of hazardous parameters of the gas environment. On the basis of the proposed measure for the frequency range of 0.2–2 Hz, a comparison of the integral bicoherence of the bispectrum estimates was made. The numerical value of the measure was determined for three fixed time intervals of the dynamics of hazardous parameters of the environment, corresponding to the absence of ignition, the occurrence of ignition, and the subsequent burning of test materials in the laboratory chamber. According to the results of the comparison of such values, it was established that the bicoherence of the bispectrum estimation from the ensemble of realizations is the most appropriate for detecting fires. When ignited, the numerical value of the measure for all test materials is about 90°. This means that the nature of the dynamics of hazardous environmental parameters in the event of fires becomes random. In this regard, the proposed measure is recommended to be used as a test for early detection of fires.
At present, even for a fairly large surface water object, the effectiveness of the forecasting models of water qualitative composition is largely determined by the completeness and adequacy of the source information. A review of approaches to using such models is given in scientific papers [1, 2]. Traditional forecasting methods, developed for using mod-16. Smirnyagina, N. N., Khaltanova, V. M., Kim, T.
