Abstract. To find out a more effective library management system, academic research library management is chosen as the target for the discussion. In the process of carrying out the study, the characteristics of the status of library management and the drive behind the optimization of library management in academic research at home are taken into consideration. Methods like procedure reconstruction, human factors engineering, Therblig analysis and others in industrial engineering are used. It is also on the shoulders of the predecessors in the study of this area that an optimization analysis on library management organization, operation, service quality, business operation, space distribution and techniques. The result shows that the study can serve as a reference to the management of library using industrial engineering methods.
Abstract. This paper proposes the analysis on the optimization of university library's organizational structure. With the continuous development of library service content and management mode from traditional to modernized and digital network, librarians should not only be familiar with the collection, collation, development and utilization of paper document resources, but also the network information resources the collection, classification and integration services platform. Inspired by the state-of-the-art methodologies on the management, this paper proposes the novel paradigm for the modern college library management countermeasures.
This paper argues that the library alliance is a form of cooperation between the organization of the library. The library alliance, virtual organization is loosely based on the organization, not mandatory, standardized management system and operation mechanism; most of the library alliance, alliance management, operation and production efficiency, there are still many there are many factors of the problem, the successful operation of the library alliance. We analyzed the basic situation of library consortia are summarized, analyzes the current main problems in the development of the alliance, and from the angle of literature research, research in the management and operation of the library alliance is summarized, the existing problems, and then carry out the questionnaire based on the results of the questionnaire, and emphatically analyzed and summarized deeply, study on library alliance management and operation problems, need to consider the factors and improvement measures, in order to provide reference for the construction and development of library consortia in China.
To make the library more adapt to the development of modern society, the management of university library in China was taken as the object. According to the current characteristics of library management and combined with the actual situation of the management of university library in China, the theory and method of modern management science were applied. On the basis of the theoretical results of researches done by domestic and foreign scholars, innovation theory of university library management in China under the new situation was established. The results showed that this innovative research on university library management was helpful for the current university library management innovation practice. To sum up, the exploration helps the university library to give full play to its educational function and provide better services for the school students.
