Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana pengemabngan strategi ketahanan dan pertahanan di Zona Ekonomi Ekslusif (ZEE) Indoenesia. Penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian yang mempunyai sifat deskripftif yang didasarkan pada beberapa sumber literatur seperti buku, hasil penelitian, jurnal serta artikel penelitian. Pada penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwasannya adanya potensi konflik di ZEE yang mungkin muncul tidak hanya dari klaim teritorial China yang tegas atas laut tetapi juga dari sesama negara ASEAN. Dengan perairan yang berbatasan dengan Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif (ZEE) Indonesia, maka perlindungan kepentingan nasional Indonesia di kawasan menjadi sangat penting. Namun, tidak jarang kapal patroli Indonesia menghadapi intimidasi oleh kapal negara lain karena melindungi perbatasan negara. Beberapa strategi yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan memperkuat keamanan maritim dan menjaga Zona Ekonomi Eksklusif (ZEE) dengan memajukan pangkalan militer ZEE Indonesia. Upaya menghilangkan praktik kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku IUU fishing dilakukan dengan mengadopsi kebijakan penenggelaman kapal, menegakkan hukum yang ketat untuk memerangi penangkapan ikan illegal, memperluas diplomasi bilateral dan regional dengan negara-negara tetangga yang tergabung dalam Perhimpunan Bangsa-Bangsa Asia Tenggara dan negara-negara tetangga lainnya.
Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) is a byproduct of processing fresh palm fruit bunches into crude palm oil (CPO) which has negative externalities in the form of gas containing methane, carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases (GHG) which is very dangerous for environmental sustainability. The use of pome as feedstocks for biogas power plants (PLTBg) changes the negative externalities of pome into positive externalities such as increased electrification in the area around the palm oil mill (PKS) and is good for environmental sustainability. PLTBg Suka Damai with a capacity of 2.4 Mw was planned to reach the Commercial Operating Date (COD) in 2019, the financial calculation has a cost-benefit ratio of 1.19, percentage of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 12.84%, percentage of weighted cost of capital (WACC) 10% and a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 21,275,609,209.00. Comprehending all the results, the first scenario with SCOC is the most optimized scenario for it provides far greater benefits to the community, far greater than the financial revenue received by the PLTBg itself.
Stress Corrosion Cracking in Marine Applications, especially Ocean Current Turbines must be overcome. Al-10Si-5Mg Alloy which is based on the nature of flexibility and strength, is expected to survive from the SCC. The purpose of this paper is to examine the indications of SCC from immersed specimens in the 3.5% NaCl Solution + Aquades solution, then give varying deflections on the 3 Point Bending Testing. The other tests are harness testing, tensile testing, and macro visualization. The method is experimental for Al-10Si material in addition to a 5% Mg at casting. There are 9 specimens, namely 3 specimens from each of the 3 load values, namely 252 MPa (deflection (y)=2mm), 378 MPa (y=3mm), and 504 MPa (y=4mm). The results provide evidence that when the specimens were submerged with varying stresses, the absence of broken material was obtained even though there were indications of cracking and corrosion. Then the specimen that gets a high stress, becomes more susceptible to fracture due to the predominant cracking effect when compared to low standing specimens (σy=4 mm < σy=3 mm < σy=2 mm). So by the resistance to SCC, the Al-10Si-5Mg alloy can be recommended as an Ocean Current Turbine Blade material.
