The study has depicted the analysed interpretation of importance of biomedical signal processing in medical aspects. Secondary data collection method and thematic data analysis process have been used in this study on the basis of peer reviewed journals that make the study more reliable for the readers. Basic concept of biomedical signal processing has been discussed over here with the diagnosis capability and extraction signal information of biomedical signal processing system to detect the physiological disorders. Challenges and opportunities of biomedical signal processing have been focused in this study to evaluate the impact of it in medical ground. Various applications of biomedical signals have been highlighted in this study including ECG, EEG, fEEG and many more devices. Advance technological implication in biomedical signal processing has been considered in this study highlighting the mechanical composition of ECG machine. Some recommendations of modification of biomedical signal processing system has been considered in this study such as increasing of controlling capability of diverse noise signals that can reduce power line interference. The aim of this study is to represent “trends in cardiovascular engineering and its advances”. Cardiovascular diseases create a negative impact on medical science. Different types of modern machines and technologies are used to reduce those diseases. Stroke, heart attacks, heart failure, heart valve complications and arrhythmia are main cardiovascular diseases. Blood vessels and heart molecules need proper supply of oxygen to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Every technologist must have ideas and thoughts related to usage of those technologies. For this reason, these individuals can provide better suggestions to their patients. Cardiovascular engineering helps to maintain a wide range of engineering projects and biomedical in an organised way. Up to date and modern technologies are implemented in cardiovascular engineering and its trends. Biomaterials and regenerative technologies are used to provide better services and treatments to the patients. Experienced technologists can easily provide better treatments in any emergency cases. The process of waste water treatment plants most significantly provides the assistance to separate harmful elements from the water and reduce the water pollution rate in the atmosphere. The entire study has been performed to discuss the operations and characteristics of waste water treatment plants. It has also been analysed the impact of waste water treatment plants in the atmosphere. The qualitative type of data has been gathered using secondary data collection process to evaluate the topic. Data published in peer reviewed and authentic online sites published onwards 2019 has been taken within the inclusion criteria. The process of waste water treatment plants helps to separate pollutants and harmful chemical elements from the waste water. The entire study has been found that process of waste water treatment plants provides assistance to reduce water pollution but it involve with some risks associated with air pollution in the atmosphere.
