An ulcer is a break in the durability of the epithelium, either skin or mucus membrane due to cellular death. Wound is simply a disruption of any tissue-soft tissue or bone or internal organ i.e. structurally and functionally. Ulcer is break in the continuity of any layer of skin. Ulcer is one of the type of wound. Non healing cutaneous ulcers are commonly seen in diabetes, vascular insufficiency, and other chronic conditions, and this is global health concern and which continuous to increase in annual incidence.

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a chronic and progressive disease that presents like many other lung diseases, often leading to a delay in diagnosis, and therefore a delay in optimal therapy. This article provides a review of PH for internists, covering clinical presentation, diagnostic algorithm, different types of PH, and overview of treatments. In addition, it emphasizes the importance of early referral to, and partnership between, PH specialists and physicians on the front lines to improve early diagnosis and optimize management of these complex patients.

Pityriasis is a skin disease characterized by the shedding of the fine flaky scales from the surface. Pityriasis is a common skin condition we come across in daily clinical practice. In such cases homoeopathic medicines are always beneficial when given after individualization and selection of the similimum. Method: Individualized homoeopathic medicine was given with the help of repertory. Result & Conclusion:A 23 year old female patient was complaining of pityriasis; started from chest and later spread on back since 2 months. After getting her totality she was prescribed Pulsatilla 30 single dose and on rubrum for 15 days during follow up, shedding of the flaky scales had vanished & no new flaky scales appear were observed in subsequent visits. So, it is classical example of homoeopathic medicine in treatment of pityriasis with photographical evidence.

Warts are small growths with a rough texture that can appear anywhere on the body. It can look like a solid blister or a small cauliflower. Warts are spread by both direct and indirect contact, but Homoeopathy has a curative role in the treatment of all types of warts. A 30 years old male patient came to us with a wart on scalp. A complete case history was taken and after repertorization, on the basis of totality and individualization, Nitricum Acidum was given. The aim of article is to show the curability of homoeopathic medicine in the cases of warts.
