In order to effectively overcome the original evaluation method of subjectivity, the complexity of equipment maintenance, the uncertainty problem, based on the analysis of existing evaluation method, construct the evaluation index system of equipment maintenance support capability, illustrates the basic principle of two tuple, will evaluate the two tuple and capacity closely, given the equipment maintenance support capability two Yuan based on semantic evaluation method, and analyzes an example. Finally, we compare the two-tuple linguistic analysis with AHP and BP neural network. The results show that the method can objectively evaluate the equipment maintenance support ability and has certain reference value.
Abstract. To strengthen the civil military integration under the background of the equipment maintenance support system for equipment, according to military and civilian integration organizational factors, maintenance process, operation mechanism, using the DODAF method, from a comprehensive overview, ability to develop, top-level design, three aspects of model building, forming a equipment maintenance support system framework of civil military integration. The results can provide reference for the decision makers and equipment maintenance personnel.
in view of the problem of the task differentiation of the integrated maintenance and maintenance units of military and civilian equipment, this paper, based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the task differentiation, establishes the cost and effectiveness model of the contractor and the force of the troops, and then establishes the cost efficiency ratio model under the different maintenance strategies, and finally compares the cost efficiency ratio of the unit time by comparing the cost efficiency ratio. Function to distinguish between civil and military equipment maintenance support tasks. The results show that the method is scientific and effective, and it can provide certain reference for the task division of equipment maintenance support units.
