Technological developments make the current learning process student-centered. The use of technology-based learning media is expected to increase the limitations of existing learning resources. Open and Distance Learning System courses are subjects with a broad scope, while face-to-face time is very limited. Therefore independent study materials are needed so that students can study independently wherever and whenever.This study aims to produce appropriate online module development procedures, produce online learning materials for Open and Distance Learning Systems courses, and obtain data on the feasibility and effectiveness of online modules developed for use in lectures in Open and Distance Learning Systems. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The development design used is the Derek Rowntree development model and Web-Based Design. Derek Rowntree's development model is used specifically to develop the material, while the Web-Based Design development model is for the online module development process. The feasibility of the online module of the Open and Distance Learning System is obtained based on the results of expert validation consisting of three experts namely 1) material experts, 2) learning design experts, 3) media experts. The results of the validation of the expert stated that the online module of the Open and Distance Learning System was rated GOOD. Then a field trial with the results of the Open and Distance Learning System online module is considered feasible to use. The results of the t-test showed that there were significant differences so that the online module of the Open and Distance Learning System was said to be effective and able to improve the quality of learning. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi menjadikan proses pembelajaran saat ini berpusat kepada siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran bebasis teknologi diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterbatasan sumber belajar yang ada. Mata kuliah Sistem Belajar Terbuka dan Jarak Jauh merupakan mata kuliah dengan cakupan yang luas, sementara waktu tatap muka sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan bahan belajar mandiri agar mahasiswa dapat belajar secara mandiri di manapun dan kapanpun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan prosedur pengembangan modul online yang layak, menghasilkan bahan belajar online mata kuliah Sistem Belajar Terbuka dan Jarak Jauh, serta memperoleh data kelayakan dan kefektifan modul online yang dikembangkan untuk digunakan pada perkuliahan Sistem Belajar Terbuka dan Jarak Jauh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Desain pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Derek Rwontree dan Web Based Desain. Model pengembangan Derek Rwontree digunakan khusus mengembangkan materi, sedangkan model pengembangan Web Based Desain untuk proses pengembangan modul onlinenya. Kelayakan modul online Sistem Belajar Terbuka dan Jarak Jauh diperoleh berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli yang terdiri atas tiga ahli yaitu 1) ahli materi, 2) ahli desain pembelajaran, 3) ahli media. Hasil validasi ahli menyatakan modul online Sistem Belajar Terbuka dan Jarak Jauh dinilai BAIK. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba lapangan dengan hasil modul online Sistem Belajar Terbuka dan Jarak Jauh dinilai layak untuk digunakan. Hasil uji -t menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sehingga modul online Sistem Belajar Terbuka dan Jarak Jauh dikatakan efektif dan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. This study aims to describe blended learning in the new normal era in vocational schools of health. Vocational education contributes to preparing skilled workforce graduates. Therefore, vocational education must prepare the learning process based on the conditions and needs of students. The research method used was a qualitative approach. A case study was conducted to empirically investigate the phenomenon of the learning process in the new normal era through blended learning. This study collaborated with 96 fourth-semester students and 92 sixth-semester students at the Medical Laboratory Technology Study Program in Associate Degree of Health Polytechnic Ministry of Health Manado. The study results showed that during Covid-19, students could not practice directly in the laboratory freely, so it was difficult to apply the required course applications in the form of practice. Although out of 188 students, only 110 students often use smartphones in the blended learning process. Students experience the most serious difficulty in understanding and practicing laboratory quality control courses with a percentage of 38.6%. Therefore, laboratory quality control is considered in terms of student responses to difficult subjects to understand during the online learning process. So that further research is needed in developing a learning system that can increase student learning motivation. Not only up to motivation, but students also have to understand how to use technology well.
Electronic modules have an important role because they can help the learning process of students. The problems obtained can be seen from the motivation and learning outcomes that cannot be said to be optimal, one of the causes is the lack of learning media used. With the use of electronic modules, abstract material can be concreted and make students interested and motivated in learning and can improve learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the electronic module on cognitive learning outcomes on social change material in the Education package C program. The research approach used was a quantitative approach. The type of research used is Pre-Experimental. The design used in this research is One Group Pretest-Posttest. The research subjects were students of class XII package C program, totaling 38 students with 17 males and 21 females. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and tests. The instrumentes used are in the form of an objective test with a total of 10 items. The analysis of improving learning outcomes was analyzed using the N-Gain formula. N-Gain is used to calculate the increase in learning outcomes. Based on the N-gain analysis, student learning outcomes show a value of 0.60 in the medium category and the value of the effectiveness of N-gain in percent is 60 with an effective enough category. So learning by using electronic modules can improve student learning outcomes.
This study is aiming at developing aesthetic learning design with a systemic approach to achieve educational value in performing arts. The study was conducted by employing research & development approach, consisting of stages, i.e. (1) identifying learning objectives, preceding by need assessments, (2) doing learning analysis, (3) analyzing students’ behavior and characteristics, (4) identifying specific learning objectives, (5) developing learning outcomes assessment tool, (6) developing learning strategy, (7) selecting and developing learning material, (8) designing and evaluating formative learning design, and (9) designing and conducting summative evaluations. The results of this study are a set of aesthetic learning implementation plan with a systemic approach that meets the development criteria. The aesthetic learning design has been tested and tried out; and is effectively able to achieve the learning objectives of the aesthetic course in university; namely, students are able to find the value of education in performing arts and foster aesthetic sensitivity.
This study aims to produce labanotation-based motion literacy teaching materials to diagnose the kinesthetic intelligence of students in junior high schools through e-learning. This research method uses a design procedure with validation of eligibility by six experts in the learning materials of labanotation-based motion literacy through qualitative e-learning. The level of agreement (reliability) among the six assessors can be explained by calculating the reliability coefficient between the assessors using the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient (by using the SPSS version 16 program assistance). The results of the study suggest thnis educational approach can be utilized by arts and culture teachers in dance learning, using learning media and communication media with students to discover kinesthetic intelligence in a fun way.
