Enforcement of the Code of Ethics for the Notary profession is one way to preserve noble values in the Notary profession, so that this noble profession in its implementation will not experience a decrease in quality and even if necessary, obtain an increase in the quality of the profession. The problems examined in this research are: 1) What is the Role of the Regional Notary Supervisory Council on the Implementation of the Notary Code of Ethics in Serang Regency? and 2) What is the Implementation Mechanism for Supervision of the Code of Ethics for Notaries in Serang Regency? The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Regional Supervisory Council in implementing the Notary Code of Ethics in Serang Regency. This study uses an empirical juridical approach which is used to look at legal aspects of social interaction in society. This research is descriptive-analytic, intended to provide data as accurate as possible about a condition or other symptoms. The results show that the role of the Notary Supervisory Council is to supervise Notaries, so that in carrying out their duties they do not deviate from their authority and do not violate the applicable laws and regulations and the Notary Supervisory Council is authorized to supervise, foster notaries and impose sanctions on notaries who are declared. violated the applicable provisions.

Sangiang Island has good potential as a tourist destination that can generate income for regional development but it is unfortunate that there is no tourism communication strategy, potential identification and good management on this island. The aim of the research is to identify the potential and challenges of developing natural tourism that belongs to Sangiang Island as a Natural Tourism Park (TWA) so as to be able to formulate a marketing communication strategy for Sangiang Island. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, literature studies and interviews. This study uses a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the identification of Sangiang Island's tourism potential was natural tourism, marine tourism, cultural tourism and educational tourism.Keywords: Tourism Communication, Sangiang Island, SWOT analysis

Pulau Dua Nature Reserve and Sangiang Island Natural Park are islands that have a wealth of natural resources that are very beautiful. BKSDA Region 1 Serang disseminates information and activities on the island by utilizing Instagram @rkw2_serangjabar according to marketing communication purposes. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data. The informant shopping technique is using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in research are through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the use of Instagram was supported by information motives, social interaction motives, entertainment motives. The conclusion of this study is that information about Pulau Dua Nature Reserve and Sangiang Island TWA is spread through verbal cues, namely content made on Instagram @rkw2_serangjabar so that information exchange occurs. and build an interesting impression that can be accepted by the public or followers.
