The aim of this research is to analyze the effects of e-Marketing, e-CRM and e-Marketing on e-Loyalty and company performance. The study is quantitative with a questionnaire approach. Data processing tools use the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The primary data collection method was by distributing online questionnaires through online surveys to 286 managers of non-e-commerce companies during covid pandemic and digital era. The regression test results show the e-Marketing has a significant effect on Company Performance, e-CRM has significant effect on Company Performance, e-Marketing has no significant effect on e-Loyalty, e-CRM has no significant effect on e-Loyalty), e-Loyalty has no significant effect on Company Performance, e-CRM has no significant effect on business sustainability through e-Loyalty. Finally, e-Marketing has no significant effect on Company Performance through e-Loyalty. That means e-marketing and e-CRM have a relationship and influence on e-loyalty both individually and simultaneously.
Effective supply chain management (SCM) has become a potentially valuable way to secure competitive advantage and improve organizational performance because competition is no longer between organizations but between supply chains. This study examines the relationship between the influence of SCM practices on competitive advantage and organizational performance. The data for this study were collected from 165 employees in one of the SMEs in the Halal Agroindustry in Indonesia. Survey data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results suggest that higher levels of SCM practices can lead to increased competitive advantage and improved organizational performance. Also, competitive advantage can have a direct positive impact on organizational performance. This study also confirms the mediating effect of competitive advantage on the relationship between SCM practices and organizational performance.
The study analyzed the student’s perceptions self autonomi in islamic boarding school. The research aims were (1) to describe santri distribution at spesific observed characteristic, (2) to decsribe santri perception concerning independency, (3) to describe existence of relation between perceptions with several of santri characteristics. The santri included in this research were 487 persons those located around Pesantren in Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, and East Java. There were 13 santri characteristics analyzed in the study: Type of Pesantren, Santri Age, Sex, Duration of Schooling in Pesantren, Santri’s Family Background, motivation, intensity in reading books, intensity in interacting with teachers (known as “Kyai”), tribe, distance and condition of pesantren, education background before enrolling, and origin. Independent variables related to the indicators of self autonomy included religion, general knowledge, hope for future, social interaction, discussion in the class, personal management, tolerance, and behavior against the government. Corelation analysis is done by using concordance Kendall W and Kendall Tau showed all of santri characteristics existence of high level agreement in evaluating the independency field.
Family efforts in the recovery of stunting in Jember are increasingly under pressure during the Covid19 pandemic. Knowledge in food, personal hygiene, education, and the role of local institutions contribute to the family, especially the empowerment of mothers with stunting children. Their empowerment will have an impact on the ability of childcare in dealing with stunting. Stunting recovery efforts need to be accompanied by sensitive nutritional interventions leading to the mothers and strengthening coping mechanisms. Poverty and deprivation are some of the reasons why mothers feel low-quality food is cheap. On the other hand, there are potential local foods in Jember that have not been utilized. The purpose of this study was to determine several main activities that could be used as a framework for community-based maternal empowerment activities in stunting recovery. This research method used quantitative and qualitative approaches. Description of local food sources and their processing, demographics, and maternal behavior, was carried out through focus group discussion activities involving key stakeholders. The findings of this study were necessary efforts to strengthen the management of stunting handling and promotion of stunting recovery through local information media. The implication of such activities was the need to improve institutional coordination and strengthen the participation of all components of rural communities.
The agricultural sector is the leading sector of the Banyuwangi Regency. However, the contribution of the farming sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Banyuwangi Regency continues to decline by up to 30% in 2019. The decline in the agricultural sector’s contribution to the GRDP of Banyuwangi Regency is partly due to the declining interest of the younger generation in the farming industry so that the regeneration of agricultural, human resources continues very slow. This study aims to analyze the strategy of developing the younger generation’s interest in the Banyuwangi Regency. The analytical method used is Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) to produce designs according to conditions. The results of the analysis show that the agricultural preference of the younger generation is digital-based agricultural cultivation. The strategy that needs to be developed is local government policy. Local Government policy is a critical factor in developing young people’s interest in the agricultural sector in Banyuwangi Regency.
