Family planning is an effort to create a quality of family by regulating the birth of children, the ideal distance and age of childbirth, and regulating pregnancy. One of the contraceptives that are less attractive to couples of childbearing age is the Alat Kontrasepsi Dalam Rahim (AKDR). Health education with video media can be done as an effort to increase the use of AKDR contraception. Theory of Planned Behavior states that a behavior begins with the formation of attitudes and intentions. This study used an quasi experimental study with non equivalent control group design on attitude variables and static group comparison on intention variables. Data analysis used paired t test on attitude and chi square on intention. The results of the study that health education with video media effectively increases attitudes in the used of AKDR with p value = 0.00 (p value 0.005) with video media more effective 4.75 higher than leaflet media, while health education with video media was not effective in increasing the intention to used an AKDR with p value = 0.269
Hospitals are one of the facilities that support efforts in handling Covid-19. Hospitals provide the basis for medical services. The implementer of medical services has many actors in it, so the hospital as part of the facility needs to be legally clarified. Indonesia has issued regulations contained in Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals. This study aims to see how the provisions of the legislation in Indonesia accommodate the position of hospitals in handling Covid-19. The analytical method used is qualitative analysis that uses a literature study approach in seeing the development of the number of legal sources. With this method, a number of specific descriptions are obtained that can provide information on how the duties, functions, obligations, and quality standards are supported by legislation for hospitals to be able to optimize medical services. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic, hospitals have a great responsibility in improving services for patients infected with Covid-19. Various laws and regulations have explained how the central position of hospitals that need to improve medical services during the Covid-19 pandemic is still happening. Good medical services and in accordance with the rules will be a good foundation for handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Rumah sakit memberikan dasar untuk pelayanan medis. Pelaksana dari pelayanan medis memiliki banyak aktor didalamnya, sehingga rumah sakit sebagai bagian dari fasilitas perlu diperjelas kedudukan secara hukum. Indonesia telah mengeluarkan peraturan yang tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 44 Tahun 2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kapasitas peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia mengakomodir posisi rumah sakit pada penanganan Covid-19. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dalam melihat perkembangan sejumlah sumber hukum. Dengan metode ini maka didapatkan sejumlah deskripsi khusus yang dapat memberikan informasi mengenai bagaimana tugas, fungsi, hak, kewajiban dan standar mutu yang didukung peraturan perundang-undangan bagi rumah sakit untuk mampu mengoptimalkan pelayanan medis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada masa pandemic Covid-19 rumah sakit memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar dalam meningkatkan pelayanan untuk pasien yang terinfeksi Covid-19. Dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan telah dijelaskan bagaimana posisi sentral rumah sakit yang perlu untuk meningkatkan pelayanan medis selama pandemi Covid-19 masih terjadi. Pelayanan medis yang baik dan sesuai dengan aturan akan menjadi landasan baik bagi penanganan pandemi Covid-19.
The increasing growth of the Muslim population, followed by increasing religiosity, has led to a rising desire to travel with halal tourism. Not only are Muslim-majority countries aware of this, but non-Muslim countries are also interested in developing this market. This research aims to see the development of Halal Travel research worldwide published by journals with this theme. This study used a qualitative method with a bibliometric analysis approach. The data used is secondary data with the theme of Islamic halal travel originating from the Scopus database for 2011-2023. Then, the data is processed and analyzed using the VosViewer application to know the bibliometric map of the development of Halal Travel research worldwide. The study found six clusters related to Halal Travels: challenge in halal travel, halal travel in general, application Islamic value in halal travel, halal travel index, halal food in non-muslim country, and Intention and relationship muslim millennial for halal travel. The authors with the most published articles are Han H, Al-Ansi A, Rahman M. K, and Oktadiana H. The three keywords that appear the most are tourism, muslim tourist, and tourist. The author's affiliation is the university with the most publications dominated by Sejong University, UTM, and UPM. And countries with the most publications related to related studies are Malaysia, Indonesia, and South Korea.
Islamic microfinance is one of the Islamic social and financial instruments in increasing the productivity of MSMEs, which helps the country's economic development by providing capital. This study aims to determine the development map and trends of published research on the theme of Islamic microfinance in Indonesia. Data analyzed from more than 54 research publications Scopus indexed. The export data is then processed and analyzed using the R Biblioshiny application program to find the bibliometric map of the development of Islamic Microfinance in Indonesia. The research results show that the number of publications on the development of Islamic microfinance research in Indonesia continues to increase, where the results of the co-occurrence network of this theme show that there are four varied characters. At the same time, the thematic map divides it into four quadrants: dropping or emerging themes, basic themes, highly developed and isolated themes, and motor themes. In addition, this study also analyzes the most popular trend maps from journals, authors, affiliations, countries of correspondence and most cited countries.
The global insurance system is growing rapidly in a large number of countries in the world, including Indonesia. OJK shows support for increasing the growth of the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia by establishing a Sharia micro-insurance product which was officially launched in 2014. Therefore, to maintain its existence it must be supported by good governance. So, this study aims to meet the development trend of Microinsurance research published by leading journals on microinsurance. The data analyzed consisted of 198 indexed research publications. The data is then processed and analyzed using the VoS viewer application to find out the bibliometric map of Islamic microinsurance research development.
