This community service aims to provide knowledge and understanding through Marketing Communication Management training for Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Telagasari Village, Serangpanjang, Subang. The Covid-19 pandemic condition requires creativity and innovation in marketing MSME products. Methods Lectures, discussions, exercises and presentation of the results of the training for MSME managers in the village. The results of the service stated that the communication strategy required training and knowledge about the media and market opportunities for MSME products. Management planning and knowledge of competitors in improving product quality is supported by direct cash assistance (BLT) for MSME. Marketing communication strategy for MSME products in Tegalasari Village is needed, to consider several things related to marketing communication requiring training and business credit, to increase production and empower natural resources owned by continuous training and coaching. Increasing the number of MSMEs and production quality through HR training and product quality training.
This aims of the study to understand the role of the Village of Consultative Body (BPD) in the involvement of planning and supervision through a process of community to aspirations from the bottom up. The theory used is a social construction with qualitative methods, constructivist paradigms in the postmodern of view. The results of the study show that development is fair and equitable by implementing to development of planning that is connected from the village to the central government, and synergistic control mechanisms, through a collaborative model of village community institutions, law enforcement and the central government based on credibility, accountability, and transparency. The analysis was carried out using literature studies, case studies on the application of fund allocations and village maps, by conducting observations and in-depth interviews in the six villages in Serangpanjang Sub-district, of Subang District. The research of findings that collaborative planning of model from below and increased that recruitment of village community institutions that understand to management and legal knowledge is supported by the active community to participation with supervisory management of training with technical capabilities for development oversight and connected with the central government through by technology. Mapping of the village to development (road maps) in terms of infrastructure, human resources and natural resources that are connected to the internet and networking of each village, so that the control mechanism and the need for transparency in the use of the budgeting. The road map must be viewable online regarding the allocation and location of the development of applied.
This study aims to determine the crisis management of disaster communication in mitigating coronavirus outbreak. Situational Crisis Communication Theory serves as the basis for reviewing prevention through the situation and conditions of Covid-19 transmission, with descriptive qualitative method and narrative analysis, to help provide an explanation of the pandemic crisis. The reality of mitigation using the constructiveness paradigm must provide dialectics of the management and availability of vitamins, drugs, oxygen, hospitals, and health workers as part of public information security. Results show the lack of public awareness and disinformation, as well as suboptimal coordination on issues of policies regarding large-scale social restrictions, New Normal, restrictions on community activities. These issues were used on social media by the skeptical public and opposition groups under in the guise of democracy. As recommendations, crisis handling should be integrated, through the construction of reality with management of crisis and communication. Using an approach to cultural values, and societal norms, maximizing the use of socialization by government officials, through mass media, social media, and direct action, as well as providing the needs of the community to counter the political issues.
