The article discusses the indicators included in the Concept of"Decent work". Special attention is paid to the characteristics of the opportunity to find a job. The analysis of the share of employed people in the population, the unemployment rate, the share of informal employment, as well as the share of young people who do not study and do not work. As an additional characteristic of the ability to find a job, the duration of the job search by the unemployed is considered.
