The waste-free technological scheme is proposed in the paper. It is based on an installation which allows to optimize the integrated processing of woody greens (branches, needles, and leaves) from fir and spruce. This scheme takes into account their contribution to the mixtures made, as well as the age of plantations used to produce an essential oil and pine extract. An installation is designed with an internal and external condensation circuit of the vapor stream serving as the basis, the use of which increases yields and significantly reduces the time needed to release the water-soluble products being processed into coniferous extract.
The article is devoted to the formation of commodity information space in the framework of control and supervision activities in the domestic consumer goods market. The domestic and foreign practices of using information resources in the framework of the monitoring procedure for the quality and safety of consumer goods, digital labeling and traceability are analyzed. The possibility of using these resources by control and supervisory authorities and consumers is considered.
The article presents the experience of applying a practice-oriented approach and interaction of educational, expert and supervisory organizations at the training students whose major is “Commodity Science”. The possibility of using the methods of consumer testing of non-food products, the procedure for monitoring the consumer market and digital tools in the educational process is considered.
The theoretical basis of the research was the publications of domestic and foreign authors, expert and international testing laboratories of down and feather devoted to the study of consumer properties, quality indicators and testing methods of feather, down and products made of them. The purpose of monitoring is to study the compliance of clothing with feather filler with standardized and advanced quality and safety requirements. At the first stage, the experts evaluated the labeling and appearance of the products (manufacturing quality, uniformity of distribution and migration of filler). At the second stage, the species and raw material composition of materials, safety, functionality (water repellency, thermal resistance of the package of materials), reliability (color resistance to various influences, resistance to light and moisture, breaking load of materials) were investigated in the accredited laboratory of the testing center of the Krasnoyarsk CSM. The results of the study showed that despite the presence of labeling violations, all test samples comply with regulated safety requirements and indicators responsible for functional properties. It is concluded that there are no harmonized Russian testing methods and accredited laboratories for down and products with this type of filler. Recommendations are given on the feasibility of developing a comprehensive program for the study of the quality and safety of clothing with feather filler, including the study of filler, testing of textile materials and accessories, testing of finished products for functionality, reliability, ergonomics, taking into account the scope and operating conditions.
