, which this year are being held in beautiful, historic Fredericksburg, Virginia, on the campus of the University of Mary Washington. As you are no doubt aware, VAS and VJAS are largely volunteer organizations. Our Executive Committee Members, Council Members, Section Chairs and Officers, Committee Chairs, Committee Members, Editorial Board Members and many others work very hard to make our meetings, publications, and outreach successful endeavors. During this year's meeting, please take time to learn more about VAS and VJAS, and perhaps consider joining our group of volunteers. I hope that you will enjoy all of our presentations, invited speakers, and social events including the VAS Banquet on Thursday evening.
