In the modern world, the importance of the transport industry in the economy of each state is increasing. Transport is an important sector of the domestic economy of Kazakhstan, which occupies a significant share in the structure of GDP. The significant territory of the republic and the low population density, the high rate of economic development of Kazakhstan achieved in recent years, form the growing demand for transportation. The state of the transport complex in Kazakhstan is in the zone of special attention of domestic and foreign experts, they have identified its main disadvantages. The article discusses the rationale for the role of transport infrastructure in the development of the territories of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the ways of its development. The study used such research methods as generalization, comparison, systematization and statistical analysis.Within the framework of the work, the role and importance of transport infrastructure were determined, the impact of transport infrastructure development on the country's economy was considered, transit opportunities in the republic were considered, the advantages and disadvantages of Kazakhstan's transport infrastructure were analyzed, transport infrastructure issues and ways to solve it were considered. The issues related to the quality of road repairs and vehicle upgrades in the republic are identified by providing the transport complex with qualified personnel and scientific institutions of the transport profile. As a result of the conducted research, it was proposed to develop international cooperation in the field of transport, that is, to introduce new equipment and technologies, international experience into the country, as well as to attract public and private investments for the implementation of projects provided for by state programs aimed at the development and improvement of infrastructure, construction of new transport facilities and repair of existing transport networks. The results of the research contribute to the development of the theory of transport infrastructure and can be used to prepare lectures on relevant disciplines, as well as serve as a basis for in-depth research.

The crisis caused by the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus in the world has led to global changes in almost all spheres of human activity, including food production and agriculture. This article analyzes the impact of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic on the level of development of agricultural enterprises in the East Kazakhstan region. Particular attention is paid to the level of change in the production of major food products in kind and in money terms for the last 11 and 12 months of this year compared to the same period last year. It was revealed that the impact of the coronary crisis on the agrarian industry led to some decrease, but this impact was small, and there was even an improvement in some types of products. There is a high increase in food prices, the reason for which is both the increase in costs of enterprises and the changes that occurred in the consumer market, which are associated with the transformation of customer preferences and the psychology of food purchases. The article also pointed out various opportunities for the use of innovation potential and digital technologies in the agricultural sector, which emerged during the crisis, and gave their predictive assessment. There is a high increase in food prices, the cause of which is both an increase in the costs of enterprises and changes in the consumer market. which are associated with the transformation of customer preferences and the psychology of product purchases. The article also identified various opportunities for using innovative potential and digital technologies in the agricultural sector that arose during the crisis and gave them a predictive assessment.

In foreign practice, particular importance is attached to the development of a system of information and marketing support for the activities of the agricultural market subjects, aimed at increasing their productivity and competitiveness in the context of global changes. The goal – hypothesis of the scientific article is to develop reasonable recommendations for improving the information and marketing support of agricultural cooperatives based on the mechanisms of information and communication technologies and marketing-innovation aimed at creating competitive advantages of agribusiness entity. Methods – the monographic and abstract-logical, statistical and survey methods are used in the article. Results – taking into account the analysis of the development of digital technologies and creation of digital platforms, the need for a deeper study of the patterns of functioning of agricultural market in view of its information and marketing support, which is one of the urgent and main practical needs of agricultural cooperatives, is considered. The issues of development of mechanisms for ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural cooperatives are studied and a model of information and marketing support is presented based on an analysis of their current state. The significance of the use of reliable information is shown, taking into account the effectiveness of marketing research in the context of the strategic priorities for the development of subjects of agricultural market. Conclusions – the mechanism for the development of information and communication technologies is presented and the need for the use of a unified information and marketing support in the activities of the subjects of agricultural market of Kazakhstan is substantiated, which has a strong impact on the effectiveness of managing their activities. The authors believe that it is necessary to study the formation of digital portals, taking into account effective communication channels and marketing data in ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural cooperatives.
