An improvement in the efficiency of the diagnostic method by introducing antireflection additives and absorbing nanoparticles due to a decrease in the irradiation intensity and an increase in the photothermal effect is shown. OCT elastography data indicate the dependence of tissue deformation on the preliminary history of tissue exposure.
