The cadastre and the land book form a unitary and mandatory system that ensures technical, economic and legal records of all the properties on the territory of the country. This paper includes the presentation of the operations necessary to prepare the cadastral documentation for detachment in two lots, using UAV photogrammetric technology. The studied area is located in the suburbs of Valea Ierii locality, with an area of 212353 sqm. The main part of the project was based on the use of the UAV photogrammetric method to survey the area. At the same time, two GNSS receivers were used to complete the photogrammetric measurements. Control and verification points were premarked on the ground, the coordinates of which were determined by the real-time kinematic GNSS method. This operation was followed by performing the photogrammetric flight using an UAS platform. The flight lasted about 17 minutes, covered an area of 29 ha and 288 frames were captured. The front overlap between photos was set to 75% and the side overlap to 65%. New technologies for taking frames and processing them have been adopted, through methods that involve a low cost and a shorter time to perform specific operations.
The comparison of the antioxidant activity of the studied forest fruits emphasized a hierarchy of the antioxidant capacity in rosehip, blackthorn, lingonberry and cornelian cherry. The purpose of the study was to investigate the antioxidant capacity and nutritional value of rosehip, blackthorn, lingonberry and cornelian cherry. In the current study, the FT-IR spectroscopy technique was applied to detect molecular components in forest fruits samples. Antioxidant capacity was evaluated with photochemical assay as well as humidity, protein, fibre, lipid and carbohydrate content. The FT-IR results revealed the presence of different bio-active compounds in berries such as flavonoids, tannins, sugars, acids, proanthocyanidins, carotenoids, citric metabolites and others. The highest antioxidant capacity was observed in rosehip 105.67±1.38 and blackthorn 49.89±1.92 (μg/mg equivalent ascorbic acid). Regarding nutritional parameters, rosehip showed the most increased content of protein displaying average values of 1.60, carbohydrates 38.20 and fibre 24.10 (g/100 g/sample). These results can provide useful information providing a research interest for the identification of new molecular compounds from Romanian flora samples.

The main objective of this paper is to correlate the current cartographic database with the old one, in the systematic cadastral works. Implementing a GIS and a geodatabase containing the cartographic database is necessary for identifying the buildings in the systematic cadastral works. In order to obtain the actual mappingdatabase, a Phantom 4 PRO drone was used, with a 20 mp resolution camera. For determining the ground reference points there were used two South S82V GPS receivers with double frequency L1, L2, in base-rover radio mode. The existing cartographic database has been taken over from the Cadastre and Land Registration Office and integratedinto the newly created geodatabase. With a unique GIS database, the process of identifying new buildings with old land data is done in a fast and efficient way. The accuracy of the new cartographic database provides greater security identifications, which can be affected even in the office, especially for those owners who have not submittedthe stage of identifying the land. The exploitation of UAV photogrammetric measurements come in support of specialists carrying out systematic cadastre works, especially in the context of the low price per building imposed by the National Agency of Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising.
