The research subject under consideration reflects the aspects of the underground water kinetics – ground water formed in the upper non-pressure aquifers. The material of the article is of a scientific and methodological nature, it characterizes the essence of the new developed calculation method – to determine the size of the capacity of the fi rst aquifer (the depth of its bottom – the depth of the confining layer. The article reveals the essence of the problem and the ways of its solution – by improving the existing calculation method based on the processing the materials of long-term observations over the regime of ground water depth. Special attention is paid to the presentation of the mathematical basis for the execution of the calculation; its structure and order of execution are given. At the beginning of the substantial part there is given the current state of the matter, the relevance of the theme and its newness that is to use short-term observation over the regime of the groundwater depth. In the final part there is given the analysis of the results of preliminary practical approbation of computational techniques in the Bryansk area – on the specifi c materials of real long-term observations over the regime of the depth of groundwater. In conclusion, the analysis of the research results and recommendations on the use of the developed methodology in the practice of water management and hydraulic engineering construction is given.
The material of this work is of a scientific and methodological nature; it is included in the subject of a new scientific direction - the justification of land management projects on a landscape and ecological basis. The subject of these studies covers a number of problematic aspects of land management of waterlogged lands, and the issues related to the quality evaluation of these lands and subsequent possibility of their agricultural use. The ultimate goal of the research is to develop an appropriate calculation methodology for assessing the quality of waterlogged lands in the conditions of the humid part of the Non-Chernozem zone of the Russian Federation. In the introductory part, the authors show the analysis of the current state of the issue. The main part characterizes the essence of the proposed calculation methodology, provides the calculation formulas and the features of establishing their structural indicators. The final part provides an analysis of the research results, the main conclusions and recommendations on use of this calculation method in practice.
The problems of land administration in Russia and the reasons for the low efficiency of agricultural land management in the Bryansk region are considered in this paper. The authors propose the analysis of large number of land plots with unspecified boundaries on the territory of Bryansk region and provide statistics on condition and use of agricultural land in the region from 2005 to the present. The main aspects, both financial and legislative, are formulated to solve the existing problem of efficient use of agricultural land.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
