-In this work it is shown that the effectiveness of operator's activities is higher in individuals with medium emotional intelligence than in those with low emotional intelligence. It is achieved due to the greater expression of the alpha rhythm for 69 % in amplitude and for 78 % in the index, low-frequency beta-rhythm amplitude for 50 %, lower expression of the delta-rhythm in the index for 22 % at rest. In addition, the group with medium emotional intelligence compared to the group with low emotional intelligence demonstrates 10.5 % higher ability for emotional assessment of faces, 8.9 % more developed ability to understand emotional transitions, 13.6 % better ability for emotional assessment of the images and 75.9 % higher ability to describe their emotional state.Keywords-emotional intelligence, operators` work, work efficiency, physiological mechanisms, bioelectrical activity of brain.
Biorhythmological features and parameters of vegetative status of morning chronotype operators demonstrate a significant mutual influence. In particular, the value of cardiorespiratory ratio and final result of Ostberg - Stepanova test have a strong direct correlation (rs = 0,754), which represents high ability to adapt to stress in clearly defined «larks». Microhemodynamic parameters for morning and evening chronotype operators also have a pronounced biorhythmological determination. Clearly defined «larks» are characterized by a decrease in the contribution of the cardiac compensatory mechanism to the promotion of blood through the capillaries. At the same time, weakly defined «owls» have higher frequency values in the vasomotor and endothelial spectra.
Biorhythmological features and electroencephalography parameters in operators of morning chronotype demonstrate a significant mutual influence. In particular, frequency of the low-frequency beta-rhythm in left central leads and the total result of Ostberg-Stepanova test have an inverse correlation of average strength (rs = -0,697), which reflects the expressed ability of these operators to perform stereotypical, routine mental operations. In addition, total result of Ostberg – Stepanova test has a strong inverse correlation with frequency of low-frequency beta-rhythm in right central (rs = -0,704) and right temporal leads (rs = -0,738). This indicates that «pronounced larks» have the ability to quickly and efficiently perform repetitive mental operations, especially those associated with the impact of non-verbal auditory stimuli.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
