Currently, we have a large number of forecasting methods used to solve problems in the land administration system. However, there is a problem of choosing a forecasting method for certain tasks. In their study, the authors focused on the use of forecasting methods for land administration of agricultural lands and identifi ed the main formalized forecasting methods. The article considers the application of the classical extrapolation method based on trend models for predicting agricultural land use by example of Petrovskoe LLC, which sells crop and livestock products in Babyninsky district of Kaluga region.
In this article, the authors consider the main price-forming factors affecting the price of a square meter of residential real estate and the cadastral value. For this research, the authors selected the residential buildings with various cost per square meter depending on the wall material. According to the results of the study, it was clarified where real estate in Krasnogorsk was significantly more expensive, and in which cases the difference in prices was insignificant.
