AbstrakThis study who understand the phenomenon of what has been experienced by the research subjects minsalnya behavior, perception, motivation, action. Respondents in this study are the Department of Tourism, visitors and the community immediately surrounding the attraction taking technique performed Snowball Sampling informants, informants and instruments used in this research is interview. The results of this study found that the existing tourist attraction with the theory of SWOT analysis as follows: 1) Strength (Strengths) owned tourist area is a natural beauty that is natural without the touch of human hands, and also can be an application of education for school children and the need, 2) weakness (weakness) of the area attractions that there is a lack of maintenance of the parties pengelolah in the beauty of this attraction than the level of accessibility that is less supportive and tourist sites away from the crowds, lack of promotion so that this region is not so much in the interest of visitors and investors 3) Opportunities (Opportunities) with the tourist areas can create new jobs for the community setempat.4) threats (threats) that pose a threat to the object region the rainy season makes access road is getting worse and landslides , The events that we do not want to be harmful to people and the government.Keywords:swot analysis pengembengan tourism management.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang di lihat dari lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang pada tahun 2010 terdiri dari 8 sekolah tingkat pertama di kota padang penelitian diambil dengan teknik proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 102 siswa. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang karena kontribusi kecil (33,9%), (2) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang dengan kontribusi kecil (21,5%), (3) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat dalm penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang karena kontribusi sangat kecil (8,7%) dan (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat secara bersama-sama dalam penanaman pendidikan karakter di sekolah menengah pertama di kota padang karena kontribusi cukup besar (47,4%).
This study aims to reveal the contribution Designing Learning Ability Learning Effectiveness Against Lecturer STKIP-PGRI West Sumatra. The hypothesis of the study is a contribution to effective learning capabilities designed an instructional faculty PGRI-STKIP West Sumatra, West. This study uses a total sampling involving subjects were 71 lecturers. They are professors and lecturers PNSD collected through questionnaires and student grades. The data collected is then analyzed statistically using correlation analysis and regresi.Hasil analysis showed that: The ability to design learning has a significant contribution to the effectiveness of learning lecturer PGRI-STKIP West Sumatra amounting to 35.5%, based on above findings, it can be concluded that the ability to design learning contribute to the effectiveness of learning lecturer STKIP PGRI Sumatra.
The problems to be examined in this study is: Does the Audio Visual Media And Small Group Discussion can improve learning outcomes Geography class A / B STKIP PGRI Padang? The purpose of this action research was to determine the learning outcome geography through the Audio Visual Media And Small Group Discussion on Student class A/B STKIP PGRI Padang This study uses classroom action research as much as two rounds. Each round consists of four phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Goal of this study is the Student class A/B STKIP PGRI Padang. The data obtained are kualitatif.Dari quantitative data and analysis results can be seen that through the Audio Visual Media And Small Group Discussion had a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes characterized by increased mastery learning students in each cycle, ie pre-cycle (52.63%), the first cycle (73.68%), the second cycle (86.84%).
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kontribusi Kemampuan Merancang Pembelajaran dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Efektivitas Pembelajaran Abstract The objective of the research was to explain the contribution of the ability in instructional design and work motivation toward the effectiveness of the lectures STKIP PGRI, West Sumatera. Three hypotheses were tested; 1). There is contributionof the instructional design ability to effective of the lectures 2). There is a contribution of work motivation to instructional effectiveness of the lectures and 3). There is contribution of both ability in designing and work motivation to effectiveness of the lectures. The research used total sampling using 71 lectures. Data were sellected by using a test and questionnaires and then, were statiscally analyzed by using correlation and regression analysis.The result showsthat: 1). The ability in instructional design significantly contributes (35.5%) to the effectiveness of the lectures, 2).
