The aim of this study is to identify and explore the success factors that influence the fresh product supply chain collaborative performance system (CPS) towards the flow of information among partners along the chain, and the supply chain relationships of all partners in it by identifying the role played by information structures at the planning level of supply chain collaboration, as well as providing policy insights to stakeholders in different countries to analyze applicable implementation. This research method uses a research approach by reviewing the previous literature that was selected deliberately during the last 10 years; journal papers, conferences, working papers, and Ph.D. thesis. Using three steps, the first step found 189 articles. The second step was to get 96 articles that match the topics raised. Finally, the third step, determined 39 articles selected as important topics focusing on fresh production areas and they were categorized and analyzed. This study is considered to be our best knowledge to examine the success factors influencing CPS in FPSC, such as; knowledge of the benefits of collaborative performance systems, reluctance to change, collaborative culture, trust, technology and information, social relations, environmental friendliness, and sustainability security and safety. The theoretical framework, was also developed incorporating the principles of supply chain network collaboration, taking into account the importance of business strategy and inter-organizational network theory, to strengthen the evidence for the relationship between the collaborative planning levels in usable information flow, at both the strategic, operational and tactical levels in the supply chain collaboration. The implication of this research is intended to examine the success factors that influence it, so that it can be developed and become the basis for improvement models that are still rarely applied in this field, from the influencing factors that exist in the collaboration structure.
The purpose of this research is to implement a self-assessment through a survey on the overaallperformance measurement approuach Malcolm Baldrige Kriteria for Performance Excellent namely on sevencriteria : leadership, strategi planning, customer fokus, measurement, analysis, and knowledge management,workforce focus, operation fokus and results to determine the level of performance in PT. Kinenta Indonesia.The research data was obtained from interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Then analyzedwith the provisions of the assessment criteria MBCfPE. Thus obtained from the survey results MBCfPE withtotal points 784 points. Then in accordance with the scores level at posisu MBCfPE PT. Kinenta Indonesiaperformance Benchmark Leader with Excellent category.
This article attempted to trace the existence of Dhâmmong tradition in the following scopes, namely: (1) Madurese perception against Dhâmmong , (2) the function and symbolic meaning of Dhâmmong in human life, and (3) the efforts of the Madurese community to preserve the Dhâmmong tradition. Through a descriptive phenomenological analysis, this study revealed that Dhâmmong is a hereditary tradition carried out by the Madurese community, it is urged by the community’s anxiety caused by the long dry season (némor lanjheng). Dhâmmong functionsas a means for salametan, paying respect for the ancestors, strengthening human relations (silaturrahim ), Bhek Rembhek, and nguri berkah (the fertility of the earth). The offerings and mouth-music by imitating the sounds of animals represent a strong desire and wishof the community for the immediate rainfall that could pour out blessings for the community. Hence, the community’s efforts to preserve Dhâmmong are: (1) introducing and involving the younger generation in the ritual, and (2) setting and changing the time sequence of Dhâmmong implementation from night to daytime.
Abstrak: Potensi Muzakki yang tinggi di Kabupaten Sumenep memerlukan sebuah pengelolaan yang baik. Kondisi dampingan yang diharapkan dalam pemberdayaan ini agar para Muzakki individual maupun perusahaan mempercayakan pengelolaan zakatnya kepada amil zakat. Fokus penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana kondisi riil yang dipandang sebagai potensi zakat yang ada di BAZNAS Kabupaten Sumenep? Bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pemungutan, pengelolaan, dan pendistribusian zakat di BAZNAS Kabupaten Sumenep? Apa saja kendala yang dihadapi BAZNAS Kabupaten Sumenep dalam usaha menuju profesionalisme pengelolaan zakat? Serta Bagaimana cara meningkatkan skill para pengelola zakat? Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah riset aksi, riset PAR atau Participatory Action Research. Obyek dalam penelitian ini adalah BAZNAS Kabupaten Sumenep dengan BAZNAS Karanganyar Solo sebagai acuan yang berhasil dalam upaya pengelolaan BAZNAS yang profesional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan dokumentasi, interview, observasi, dan FGD (focus group discussion). Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui rencana kegiatan dalam lima (5) tahap, yaitu pertama, pemetaan potensi lokal dengan melakukan studi banding ke BAZNAS Karanganyar Solo dan FGD. Kedua, mengadakan seminar zakat. Ketiga, peningkatan mutu (skill) Pengelola Zakat BAZNAS. Keempat, Penguatan Jaringan Sosial. Kelima, Program Pendampingan, serta Monitoring, dan Evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa pertama, dalam pengumpulan zakat di Kabupaten Sumenep sebenarnya cukup potensial, masyarakat
