Intracardiac thrombosis is a rare manifestation of cardiac involvement in Behçet's disease, and it may be mistaken for a heart tumor. Nevertheless, cardiac magnetic resonance showed a cardiac thrombus. Immunosuppressive therapy and anticoagulation were effective for thrombus resolution.
