Business development in the financial services sector improved competition among companies to give the best service to their customers. Having reliable services with a good communication network in the organization is the critical success of the company. This study aims to find the actors or people who influence organizations through formal and informal communication networks using Social Network Analysis (SNA). Information on casual and formal communication networks can be used by the HR department to measure the level of the social relationship of all employees that can improve their performance in the company. The author researched PT. BFI Salatiga. The results showed that tissue density was below 50% so that relationships were considered weak. The most dominant actor in degree centrality, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality is the actor id#24 and id#29 from the collection division, actor id#27 from the operation division and actor id#30 from the credit division.
The presence of Fintech (Financial Technology) services in digital financial inclusion in Indonesia has become a new market share in line with the growth of electronic commerce (e-commerce) which has increased in the last five years. Fintech is currently in great demand and is used because of the ease of doing banking transactions with the support of user friendly technology. In this study using 40 student respondents with a sampling technique using convenience sampling associated with Fintech-based payment applications using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The purpose of this study is to find out how enthusiastic the young generation or students are in the perception of acceptance of Fintech-based payment application technology. Based on the analysis using quantitative descriptive approach shows that most respondents strongly agree with the existence of this technology indicated by the acquisition of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using, behavioral intention to use, and actual system use percentage ranges of 45-72%.
A secure banking world service is an absolute requirement to compete competitively in today's digital age. Information system security in banking services transaction especially Internet Banking features become very important to support accountable service. In the information security system or computer there are 3 dimensions are assessed, namely confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The three dimensions applied to the respondents of employees of PT. XYZ Salatiga using Forum Group Discussion (FGD) technique. The results of this study show that most of the employees of PT. XYY Salatiga of 80%, stated that the availability dimension with the access speed indicator is the most affect the security of information system of Internet Banking feature. This can be a recommendation for Bank BCA in terms of increasing data security especially related to Internet Banking.
Utilization of information systems in all aspects can now be enjoyed more quickly and easily accessible. Websites using Geographic Information Systems with the help of the APIs provided by Google are up-to-date and easy. website for promotional media so that it does not maximize product marketing and geographic information system mapping. The distribution of coordinates can help in the complete list of detailed news items that will be connected if one of the SMEs is selected and displayed on the product detail page. Structuring the website and news content using CMS and customizing Google API Service coding for Geographic Information Systems, the distribution of SME business points in Salatiga City and Central Java is expected to facilitate searches from the consumer side to buy existing products and other business owners who need raw or finished materials produced by SMEs by utilizing an online product marketing website.
This study wants to see the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics, quality of human resources, and marketing strategies on business development, in this case MSMEs in the city of Salatiga, Central Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method. The population is SMEs in the city of Salatiga and obtained 60 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of the partial test showed that all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable with a significance above 0.005. The contribution of the entrepreneurial characteristics variable, the quality of human resources, and the marketing strategy based on the simultaneous test is 75% of the business development variable (Y). Characteristics of entrepreneurs is the independent variable that most dominantly affects the dependent variable with a t-count value of 4.217.
