This study aims to acknowledge the influence of the job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the organizational citizenship behavior of the employees, either partially or simultaneously. The research was conducted at Astra International Tbk Cirebon with 51 respondents. This is an associative research. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple regressions analysis. The result indicates that job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly affect the organizational citizenship behavior with the Adjusted R Square value of 0.211, meaning that the job satisfaction and organizational commitment together have an influence on the organizational citizenship behavior at 21.1%. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior, supported by the result of the F-test, where the Fcountof 7.681 is greater than the Ftable of 3.19.
Mangga merupakan salah satu buah unggulan di Kabupaten Cirebon. Produksi Mangga pada tahun 2018 di Kabupaten Cirebon mencapai 554.767 kuintal. Tingginya produksi mangga di Kabupaten Cirebon merangsang pertumbuhan industri olahan mangga di Kabupaten Cirebon. Industri olahan mangga umumnya hanya menggunakan daging mangga, sehingga kulit dan biji mangga merupakan limbah dari industri tersebut. Limbah kulit mangga mencapai 10% dari total buah mangga. Kulit mangga memiliki kandungan pektin yang cukup tinggi, sehingga kulit mangga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan permen. Kandungan pektin pada kulit mangga selain dapat membentuk gel juga dapat menurunkan kolesterol. Pemanfaatan kulit mangga menjadi permen dilakukan oleh kelompok wanita tani “Srikandi” yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Cirebon. Pemanfaatan limbah kulit mangga ini memberikan nilai tambah dan dapat meningkatkan penghasilan. Keuntungan yang diperoleh pada 5 kali produksi permen adalah sebesar Rp 3. 500.000,-
This research was conducted to determine the interest of tourists visiting Cirebon City in Kanoman Palace. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the digital guide influences the interest of tourists visiting Cirebon City in Kanoman Palace. The method that is used is a pre-experimental design with one shoot case study. Respondents in this study were the visitors who came to Keraton Kanoman Cirebon City. The sample size is obtained by using an unknown population formula. The survey results stated that the digital guide was very interesting, the virtual guide page was very helpful for tourist information, and respondents considered the need for tourist sites to have a digital guide. Thus, it is necessary to create a digital guide technology innovation product to increase tourist visits to the Kanoman Palace.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada UPTD Wilayah Pelayanan Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan VI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UPTD Jasa Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah VI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dilihat dari > yaitu 9,502 > 1,664 dan nilai (sig) 0,000 < 0,05,
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cirebon City, the method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cirebon City. The technique used in sampling is saturated sample, where the total population is used as a sample of 70 respondents. The method of collecting data is using a questionnaire, while the method in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has an effect on employee performance as seen from tcount > ttable , namely 5.341 > 1.99457. The work environment has an effect on employee performance as seen from tcount > ttable which is 6.097 > 1.9945 and simultaneously the variables of the influence of work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance calculated from Fcount > Ftable which is 57,472 > 3.13. From the partial results, work motivation has a sig value of 0.000 and the work environment has a sig value of 0.000 and the simultaneous results have a sig <0.05 or 0.000 <0.05.
