Online marketing training is given to the fishermen groups of Karang Baru and Fisheries Vocational School Nasyrul Ulum Aeng Dake covering about the theory of marketing concepts, use of Web media and social media and online marketing-based governance. Community service is expected to be able to provide the ability of the community to package products into attractive packaging and the community can use marketing online so as to expand the reach of marketing, namely reaching regional and national areas. With the community service, it is expected to increase the economy of the seaweed grass cultivation community in Aeng Dake Subdistrict Seaweed Village. Community service activities are carried out by various methods, namely theoretical and practical training and assistance in online marketing media management activities. and practices aimed at students of the Nasyul Ulum Aeng Dake Vocational School of Fisheries Products Processing. The training provided was in the form of introducing various kinds of interesting packaging forms. The training activities continued on the direct practice of product packaging as well as presentations from student students regarding packaged products. The activity aimed at the Karang Baru fishermen group is in the form of assistance in making online marketing media, namely web and social media.

Penelitian ini menguji anteseden dan konsekuen motivasi kerja. Sebagai anteseden adalah variabel persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi dan variabel kepuasan kerja, sedangkan sebagai konsekuen adalah variabel kinerja karyawan dan niat karyawan keluar dari organisasi. Sebanyak 80 orang pegawai negeri sipil khususnya di Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi Provisi Kepulauan Riau yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei, yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi daftar pernyataan yang dibagikan kepada responden. Hasil mengindikasikan bahwa persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi secara positif mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja secara positif mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dan pengaruh negatif antara motivasi kerja terhadap niat karyawan keluar organisasi. Tetapi, persepsi terhadap dukungan organisasi tidak mempengaruhi motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja tidak mempengaruhi motivasi kerja, dan kinerja karyawan tidak mempengaruhi niat karyawan keluar organisasi.

This research is aqualitative descriptive research that aims to provide policy alternatives for Regional Economic Recovery Budgeting, Labor-Intensive Programs and Social Safety Nets for the Government of Tanjungpinang City in the 2021 planning and budgeting process as an effort to overcome the economic and social impacts on society after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques are carried out by interview methods, data analysis is inductive, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalizations. Based on a study of the Tanjungpinang City RKPD for 2021, it can be formulated as many as 32 programs and 39 activities which can be grouped into, the Regional Economic Recovery Program as many as 21 programs and 25 activities with a budget of Rp20,392,960,733,00, the Labor Intensive Program consists of 5 programs and 5 activities with a budget of Rp50,643,400,000,00, the Social Safety Net Program consists of 6 programs and 9 activities with a budget of Rp34,813,067,000,00.

The success of a Senior High School is directly determined by the quality of education and and the management system developed can guarantee the development of academic freedom and scientific autonomy. The purpose of this research is expressly useful to find out the extent to which the leadership and culture of the organization through the organizational climate affects the governance of Senior High School in Batam City. Includes causal research and the used in this study is a survey method. The population within the range of research is a teacher at Batam City Senior High School which numbers as many as 320 people. The number of samples was obtained as many as 178 people with a random sampling approach. This study uses path analysis whose data is processed using the SPSS program version 25. The study's findings suggest that there is a direct influence of leadership and organizational culture on organizational climate and governance. It is indirectly through the organizational climate that the leadership and culture organization has no effect on governance and this research can help and guide the current management of resources.   Received: 19 June 2022 / Accepted: 15 August 2022 / Published: 2 September 2022

Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Desa Air Glubi yang kondisi masyarakatnya selain sebagai nelayan, mereka juga bekerja sebagai petani. Hasil pertaniannya sebagian besar hanya dikonsumsi sendiri dan belum dijadikan sebagai salah satu peluang usaha guna meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Tujuan pada kegiatan ini untuk mengedukasi masyarakat guna memanfaatkan lahan kosong yang kurang produktif untuk kegiatan pertanian agar meningkatkan perekonomian, melalui program PERMATA (Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Melalui Tanaman Alpukat). Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan masyarakat akan pelatihan serta kebenaran dari masalah yang ditemukan adalah Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA); berupa wawancara nonformal dengan masyarakat desa secara acak baik pemuda, maupun tokoh masyarakat dan pelaku usaha pertanian. Pelaksanaan program antara lain; sosialisasi program dan seminar bisnis pertanian, persiapan tempat, alat, dan prasarana, praktik okulasi,  penanaman; dan pelatihan pengelolaan pemasaran. Tingkat kepuasan peserta dalam seluruh rangkaian kegiatan ini mencapai nilai 4,53 artinya pelaksanaan telah terlaksana dengan baik dan masyarakat mampu memahami materi dan dapat langsung mempraktikannya.
