Competitive advantage is a desired outcome and expected by the SME actors food and beverages to win the tougher competition in Bandung district where the food and beverage SME sector is growing rapidly. One of the causes that influence the competitive advantage is the practice of human resources management and the operational excellence of human resources management practices and operational excellence can be made capital for business actors To acquire a competitive advantage of SME food and beverage. The results of research that has been done using samples of 100 perpetrators of SMES food and beverage using aksidental sampling method concluded that the respondents ' perception of human resource management practices and competitive advantage Shows important criteria while operational excellence shows criteria very important while human resource management practices give greater influence to competitive advantage if through operational excellence.
This study aims to determine the causes of product leaks so as to minimize the risks of product quality degradation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed to obtain useful information to solve a problem in research. The process of testing the validity and reliability in this study uses a triangulation process. In this study, to measure Quality Risk Management, FMEA is used as a tool to measure or identify the source or cause of a quality problem. The next method to solve problems or risks in Quality Risk Management is AHP. The results of the study can be concluded that, Quality Risk Management in the distribution of Infusion products. The risk with the highest RPN value is the risk of damaged goods in the distribution flow of releasing goods from the warehouse to the expedition of PT. BSP which causes a leak in the softbag packaging. These risks are then analyzed to find the best alternative for handling them. Determine alternative handling of Quality Risk Management in the distribution of Infusion products at PT. BSP using the AHP method. Based on calculations using Expert Choice 11 software, the priority criteria are time and handling effectiveness which has the highest pairwise comparison value is the alternative of adding product handling information labels on cardboard packaging.
This research aims to obtain a business strategy and operating strategy that can be applied by SMEs after the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus. The author conducted literature research and interviews with company owners. Analysis techniques in strategy formulation were carried out through three stages: the input stage, the initial stage, and the decision stage. The input stage used an external factors evaluation matrix, an internal factor evaluation matrix, and a competitive profiles matrix. Based on the EFE matrix analysis, the company's external factor that threatens is the unstable economic condition due to the Covid19 outbreak. Meanwhile, the existing opportunity is that the market share is still quite wide, so E-embroidery makes the best possible use of these opportunities by doing online marketing to introduce their business. Based on the CPM matrix, E-embroidery has the lowest position compared to the other two examples of embroidery companies, although there is a slight difference between E-embroidery and Cimahi embroidery companies. The matching stages use the IE matrix, the grand theory matrix, and the SWOT matrix. Based on the IE matrix, it can be seen that the value of the company's external factors and internal factors is in quadrant I or high. Eembroidery is in growth and development. Based on the grand strategy matrix, it can be concluded that E-embroidery is in quadrant I. Companies that are in quadrant I have a strategic position. The decision stage uses the QSPM matrix. Based on the QSPM matrix, it can be concluded that the value of the product development strategy has a total attractiveness value of 6.128. This value is higher than the market penetration strategy, with a total attractiveness value of 6,083. The product development in question is an effort to increase the product's added value by utilizing fabric waste. This cloth waste can be utilized by using the remaining cloth that becomes waste into an additional layer of embroidered cloth media to maximize embroidery results.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemeliharaan korektif mesin cetak offset 4 Warna pada CV. Aries Anugrah Karya Utama. Tujuan lainnya untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemeliharaan korektif mesin cetak offset 4 warna sudah berjalan efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai ketersediaan pada pemeliharaan korektif belum mencapai target yang telah ditentukan yang memiliki persentase kurang dari 90%. Pada persiapan-persiapan pemeliharaan korektif ditemukan bahwa persiapan suku cadang belum optimal karena persediaan tidak lengkap, selanjutnya pada pendokumentasian dan prosedur pemeliharaan korektif belum optimal. Dalam hal ini masih banyak yang harus diperbaiki dalam pemeliharaan korektif mesin cetak offset 4 warna pada CV. Aries Anugrah Karya Utama, seperti persiapan pemeliharan korektif yang perlu ditingkatkan, prosedur pemeliharan korektif perlu dirancang dengan tepat serta pendokumentasian pemeliharaan korektif perlu dikelola dengan lebih baik.
Nowadays the business world should be able to operate effectively and efficiently to create corporate excellence including operational excellence. The object of this research is the operating strategy and operational excellence. The purpose of this research is to measure and determine how much influence the operation strategy for operational excellence in SME Food and Beverages in Bandung regency. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling with accidental sampling. Based on the discussion of the data concluded that the effect of operating strategies provide 58.6% of the operational excellence of the SME Food and Beverages in Bandung regency.
