Traditional art is a regional art as a part of national culture that must be preserved. Jaranan Pogogan is a traditional dance from Nganjuk. Jaranan Pogogan has been developing since 1950 but gradually became extinct in the 1980’s. The aim of the author is to raise the theme that Jaranan Pogogan can be preserved by the younger generation, with the theme of traditional arts expected to raise student interest in learning history. The research method used in this paper is qualitative and literature study data for data collection. The data obtained in this study passes the data analysis procedure that occurs simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or data verification. The data generated in this study shows the relationship between the values of Jaranan Pogogan which is original of Nganjuk culture as a historical learning for the next generation that upholds the noble values, local wisdom and manners.
ABSTRAKArsitektur pada dasarnya merupakan wujud kreativitas manusia dalam kehidupan baik sebagai makhluk individu maupun makhluk sosial yang berbudaya sekaligus bentuk adaptasi terhadap kondisi alam. Kota Krian merupakan kota tua dan mengalami perkembangan pesat pada jaman kolonial Belanda. Gaya arsitektur kolonial kemudian berkembang dan menjadi tren bagi masyarakat lokal yang didominasi oleh suku jawa.Uniknya bangunan-bangunan gayakolonial tersebut dibangun dan dimiliki oleh warga lokal. Wajah bangunan sebagai ekspresi pemiliki rumah menjadi komponen utama dalam membentuk citra kawasan, tetapi saat ini akibat perkembangan kota banyak terjadi perubahan wajah bangunan dan fungsi bangunan yang mengdegradasi hal tersebut. Tujuan studi adalah untuk mengetahui makna bentuk elemen wajah bangunan bergaya kolonial di Kota Krian. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengamatan pada elemen-elemen wajah bangunan sehingga dapat dianalisis tipologi yang bermuara pada makna wajah bangunan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan makna dari setiap bentuk elemen wajah bangunan berdasarkan orientasi, atap, pintu, jendela, kolom bangunan, lantai bangunan, dan ornamen bangunan.Kata Kunci :wajah bangunan, makna, gaya kolonial ABSTRACT Architecture is basically a form of human creativity, both as individual and social creature, as the adaptation with the environment. Along with increasingly intense competition in any industry or business sector. Demand companies to use methods in order to win the competition. One of them is by doing fast distribution. PT Sekeluarga is one of the companies that distribution of LPG. PT Sekeluarga still has problems such as the inability to distribute goods according to demand, causing a break in the distribution chain and causing scarcity of LPG that occurs at the lowest distribution level or the community. The study was conducted using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method in addition to that there are also Lot size calculations with Fixed Order Quantity (FOQ), safety stock calculations, and forecasting. The Total Cost (TC) using the company method is Rp. 14,563,117.00. while the Total Cost (TC) using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method is Rp. 11,676,354.17. From the results of the Total Cost comparison it is found that the Total Cost with the Distribution Requirement Planning method is cheaper when compared to the company method. And by using the Distribution Requirement Planning method also obtained an efficiency of 19.82%.
This research examines the promotion strategy applied by PT Jaya Garden Polis in marketing Jaya Imperial Park housing to the public. Researcher is interested to raise the theme of this research because PT Jaya Garden Polis with its products Jaya Imperial Park which is a new product in the midst of competition in Regency area can survive in the marketing of housing products among property developers. It demonstrated by the intense promotion competition carried out by the developers through the use of various media campaigns both intensively and extensively and Jaya Imperial Park is present again as an existing market share. The promotional strategies undertaken by Jaya Imperial Park are by Advertising, Sales Promotion, and Mouth to the Mouth to introduce, market and attract new customers. The purpose of this study is to find out the promotional strategies used Jaya Imperial Park housing to attract new consumers and to find out what media are used in promoting it. This study uses qualitative research methods that describe how promotional strategies and media campaigns which have been used by Jaya Imperial Park. Where the data collection stage using primary data through interviews and observation, then secondary data through intermediary media in the form of archives, documents, and photos from Jaya Imperial Park. The results of this study reveal that the promotional strategy which was run is to use the elements of promotion mix through Advertising, Sales Promotion, and Mouth to the Mouth by carrying out events that play a role in introducing, marketing, and attract new customers to be inhabited in housing Jaya Imperial Park.
