The paper presents a method to substantiate the technical and technological parameters of the device to sort corn cobs, which takes into account the biometric and physical-mechanical properties of the treated plant objects. The method of basic parameters substantiation involves determining the overall dimensions of the device, the geometric and technological parameters of the working bodies, as well as the energy for operation.
The article discusses the issue of preparing stalk feed for feeding cattle in small-scale farming with an energy-saving technical means, a stalk chopper with a disk working body. A constructive-technological scheme of a disk working body of a grinder equipped with combined cutting segments is proposed. The main results of theoretical and experimental studies of the process of milling stem feed are presented.
The article discusses the labor-intensive process of extruding soybeans. The parameters of production lines, methods and technical means intended for the implementation of the processes of preparing concentrated feeds based on insoluble soybean residue are theoretically substantiated. The results of theoretical studies to determine the optimal structural and technological parameters of a press extruder are presented: productivity, energy consumption, angular velocity, radius of the screw.
The article presents a theoretical justification for sorting corn ears on the developed plant and proposes a solution in the form of a working surface of varying curvature consisting of descending and ascending surfaces. The conditions under which the sparing mode is created for reloading the cobs are determined, the dynamic parameters for moving the cobs along the descending and ascending surfaces and by the grapho-analytical method are determined by intervals of their values corresponding to the sparing regime. The obtained theoretical dependences take into account the physical and mechanical properties of corn cobs.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
