The article discusses the investment strategies of university students in relation to the infrastructure of the city, the characteristics of which were evaluated from the point of view of respondents as suitable / not suitable in order to plan their own life in this city. It was proposed to evaluate the investment priorities and investment potential of various infrastructure facilities of the city and aspects of its life. Quantitative and qualitative research was carried out in relation to the investment priorities of the objects: transport infrastructure, urban amenities, urban recreation areas, cultural, art and patriotism development objects, sports facilities and leisure facilities on the example of St. Petersburg. As part of the study, students were also asked to assess the potential willingness to invest in the future as owners or managers of enterprises. The article analyses the significance of a number of urban projects for environmental planning for the development of the territory, including the elements of the Lakhta Center public space in St. Petersburg.
Аннотация. Цель. Проанализировать состояние современного европейского рынка образовательных услуг. С каждым годом высшее образование становится всё более доходной отраслью экономики, в связи с этим всё сильнее растёт конкуренция между странами за получение этих денежных потоков. В связи с этим соревнование национальных систем образования стало одним из ключевых элементов глобальной конкуренции. Процедура и методы. Ключевым исследовательским методом стал анализ. Результаты. Определены составляющие единого образовательного пространства. Дана характеристика европейского рынка образовательных услуг, и проведён анализ тенденций его развития. Теоретическая и/или практическая значимость. Мероприятия по повышению конкурентоспособности европейского образования могут быть использованы при решении актуальных проблем современного образования в РФ, разработке стратегий развития образовательной системы в контексте решения текущих и перспективных задач. Это позволит провести SWOT-анализ конкурентоспособности российского образования на европейском рынке образовательных услуг.
The study justifies the methodological approach to managing the ecological-and-economic development of the region, based on the principle of strategical safe ecological-and-economic development. The analysis of the effectiveness of the strategic decision-making system for the social-and-economic development of the region was carried out. The principal scheme of the decision-making mechanism for the environmental-and-economic development management was developed, including the strategic environmental assessment, which takes into account the ecological and economic state of the region. The proposed methodological approach to the assessment of the ecological-and-economic situation in the region will allow to reveal some influencing factors, to form the system of assessment indicators, which can be used to control the ecological-and-economic situation and to develop strategical management decisions for the economic development of the region. The scheme of interaction of the strategical managerial decision-making systems as well as the system of regulation of the investment climate in the region can become the basis for the selection of the type of investment policy, corresponding to the ecological-and-economic development of the region. The conceptual framework of decision-making for the ecological-and-economic development of the region as a management tool will make it possible to choose the environmentally acceptable option for the development and functioning of the balanced environmental-and-economic sector.
