Various aspects of application of nonconventional support components (fulfilled alumina adsorbent and kaolin clay) and; their influence on a proportion of catalytic active and inert phases as a part of multilayered catalytic systems are reviewed. Operating experience of some elaborated catalysts for hydrocarbon oils hydrofining in the industrial reactor G-24 is also discussed.
The problems of synthesis of Ni-Mo, Ni-Mo Co and Co-Mo oxide catalysts for hydrodesulfurization and hydrogenation of aromatic hydrocarbons in the composition of kerosene, diesel and oil fractions are discussed. The influence of spent adsorbent and kaolin as the additives on the physical-chemical and catalytic properties of bimetallic and trimetallic catalysts is established.
BACKGROUND:The relationship between the chemical composition, texture, and the shape of the granules of the protective bed upstream hydrotreating, that influences the degree of metal removal from the residual vacuum gas oil, is a critical issue in oil refining. RESULTS:The character of the metal and sulphur distribution on the surface and in the volume of granules of the protective beds was studied for the model mixtures enriched with typical compounds deactivating hydrodesulphurization catalysts. The protective bed was operated along with the demetallization catalyst synthesized using local mineral raw materials (e.g., Angren high-quality enriched kaolin) and production wastes (spent alumina sorbent from Shurtan gas chemical complex).CONCLUSION: It is shown, the use of a two-bed protective system most effectively extended the life-time of the main hydrotreating catalyst. The spent and deactivated Al-Co-Mo catalyst can be efficiently used in the synthesis of the catalyst used for the pre-cleaning upstream hydrotreating.
Современное телевидение сегодня — не просто средство массовой коммуникации. В эпоху глобализации телевидение значительно расширяет свои границы, становясь настоящим социальным явлением культуры, имеющим массовое влияние на общество. При этом узбекское телевидение неотделимо от влияния ментальных особенностей, отражающихся в речи журналиста, его стиле, подаче информационного материала, а также в сопутствующих составляющих телевизионной картинки, таких как ракурс, музыка, шумовые эффекты, монтаж и многое другое. В свете сказанного тема данной статьи нам видится актуальной. Ментальность персонифицирует ведущего, воздействуя не только на его популярность среди телезрителей, но и обращаясь к тем, кому речь ведущего адресована. Данная статья посвящена решению проблемы мультикультурности в телевизионной речи, испытывающей влияние традиционных взаимоотношений между людьми, проживающими в нашей стране. Решается же данная проблема путем анализа телевизионной речи узбекской журналистики разных жанров. В результате исследования автор приходит к выводам: современная телевизионная речь зависит не только от языковых и стилистических особенностей ведущего, но и во многом от соотношения изображения, звукового сопровождения, текста и множества других факторов телепрограмм. И, несмотря на влияние глобализации, именно узбекская ментальность — один из сдерживающих и образующих факторов современного языка телеведущего национального телевидения.
The problems of processing spent adsorbents with a high concentration of chemisorbed chlorine-containing compounds for their reuse are studied in this article. The genesis of the phase composition and morphology at all technological stages of thermochemical regeneration of the spent adsorbent - Axstrap-860 by means of alkaline modification with a combined solution of sodium and potassium hydroxides has been tested by diffractometry and elemental analysis. The results show that the formation of a layer with an increased concentration of alkali metals in the form of the corresponding carbonates and NaOH on the surface of the granules and in the volume of sodium and potassium aluminates provides adsorption of HCl, which are slightly inferior to the fresh adsorbent. The conditions for the removal of halogen-containing substances from technogenic raw materials with the subsequent isolation of useful products have been optimized: (1) crystalline NaCl intended for the preparation of electrolyte for electrode boilers and steam generators; (2) a mixture of chlorides and hydroxochlorides of aluminum tested in the process of coagulation purification of turbid natural and waste waters; (3) pseudoboehmite for the production of an adsorbent-desiccant and the synthesis of magnesium-aluminum spinel using the technology of destruction-epitaxial transformation, and a promising carrier for catalysts for steam reforming of hydrocarbons.
