The work is devoted to the problem of wastes processing and utilization of coal-mining and coal processing enterprises. It is proposed to use coalwaste in solid composite fuel technologies with the use of innovative binder based on the activated sludge biological treatment facilities. Technological scheme of developed technology is presented.
One of the most effective methods of oil removal from the water surface is sorption with solid sorbents. The issue of oil sorption by magnetic sorbents based on carbon-containing waste from coal, woodworking and livestock enterprises is considered in the article. In the course of the experiments, the time of sorption equilibrium onset was determined, a sorption curve was constructed, and its form was determined. According to the study, it is revealed that the developed magnetic sorbents have a maximum oil capacity of 3 g/g and show a high affinity for oil.
There are coal-processing products (coal sludge, screening, dust, coke dust and fines) and organic waste (excess activated sludge, waste from water treatment plants) suggests using to produce energy gaseous in the paper. The optimal compositions of molded granules subjected to thermochemical processing to obtain synthesis gas are determined. The technological design of coal and organic waste joint processing has been developed. The main technological parameters of the processes are indicated and calculations of the main material flows are performed in accordance with the conditions of the processes.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
