The article is devoted to the of theoretical and methodological foundations development of the research of the adaptive potential of an enterprise in terms of the application of the conceptual provisions of the system methodology and the system stability theory. The authors substantiated that the adaptation of an enterprise to modifying external and internal factors indicates the most important feature of its sustainability, a quantitative measure of the enterprise adaptive capabilities being its adaptive potential. Interpretations of the studied concept are analyzed, the authors' definition of the enterprise adaptive potential based on the application of a complementary resource-efficient approach is proposed. A methodology for assessing the enterprise adaptive potential is proposed using the main indicators of financial condition: liquidity ratios, financial stability, profitability. An assessment of the adaptive potential of Russian ferrous metallurgy companies under the conditions of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic was made.
The purpose of this paper is to develop a mechanism for forecasting the potential of an enterprise through the formation of an algorithm for assessing the current state and forecasting investment and production capabilities. The study summarized and systematized theoretical and methodological research in the field of development of management processes, classified the main problems of effective functioning of organizations, developed a method of forecasting the activities of organizations, taking into account the most important criteria. The developed method of the medium-term forecast of the production and financial activities of the organization is universal and can be adapted to the specifics of the activities of any production enterprise.
Abstract. The effectiveness and sustainability of an enterprise are based on the effectiveness and sustainability of its portfolio of projects. When creating a production program for a construction company based on a portfolio of projects and related to the planning and implementation of initiated organizational and economic changes, the problem of finding the optimal "risk-return" ratio of the program (portfolio of projects) is solved. The article proposes and approves the methodology of forming a portfolio of enterprise projects on the basis of the correspondence principle. Optimization of the portfolio of projects on the criterion of "risk-return" also contributes to the company's sustainability.
Abstract. Authors justified the role of cognitive technologies in the sustainable development process, including investment-construction complex. Role of the human resource management subsystem in the emerging knowledge economy is shown. Criteria of sustainable economic development, with the focus on the innovative aspect are developed. Scheme of the methodology of application of the cognitive technologies on the example of the eco-housing construction, which represents the systemically important direction for the investment-construction complex. Realization of the offered methods allows to develop recommendations on stimulation of the "green" building, that will promote the growth of innovation activity in the construction industry and its institutional subsystem.
In the Strategy for socio-economic development of the Voronezh region for the period until 2035, one of the main problems in the field of waste management is the rather low level of waste involvement in economic turnover. Improving of the current situation is expected by introducing resource-saving and low-waste technologies; implementation of a territorial and regional waste management program, as well as through the creation of an environmentally friendly waste management infrastructure. The implementation of these measures is expected within the framework of the state program "Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources" in order to increase the level of development of human capital and the quality of life of the population of the Voronezh region. In a scientific study a comparative analysis method was used. This article discusses the essence of the concept of the infrastructure of a waste processing cluster, infrastructure facilities are classified. The urgency of creating and the need to develop the infrastructure of a waste processing cluster on the territory of the Voronezh region is formulated. The main problems of the transition to a new waste management system are identified.
